On our last day of visiting Croatia, we stayed here. The villa is situated in the center of tragic a historic, charming structure in a prime position. Amidst all the nearby restaurants, shops, and sights, it is still a peaceful place. The apartment was modern and cozy. A bit small, but clean and fresh, with air conditioning. The bathroom was a little older, and the shower was very little. The travel agent's personnel was incredibly helpful, considerate, and courteous. Before our trip, we discussed emails, and when we arrived the following day, they immediately responded to us. On arrival, a young man showed us the way to our apartment and told us where the airport transfer we had reserved would pick us up. Everything went incredibly well when we were picked up the following morning. Hairs Travel provided excellent service. This location was perfect for a shorter stay and was ideal before traveling to a split airport trip, which took about 1015 minutes. I prefer a balcony or terrace for a longer stay, but this room was generally nice and cozy.

We landed in split, but despite a fairly smooth crossing, we eventually decided not to stay there. After spending the morning exploring, it was a wise decision to stay outside of the city, largely due to the large number of tourists and the intense heat. We had read some of the reviews about entering tragic over the only bridge, and we anticipated lengthy delays, but we were pleasantly surprised as there was no traffic. We took a drive into the town, and we eventually discovered hairs travel center, where we had to check in and pick up our keys. The staff was incredibly friendly and warm, and since we had reserved a parking spot in a nearby garage, they phoned ahead to let the owner know that we had arrived. We were then led to our flat and escorted to the villa after going down the winding roads of tragic to villa ivana. In between the apartment and the double room, we had very high temperatures even at night, and even at the same time there were window to open at 0700 the temperature was 28 and the room was light and airy. When traveling by car, this was an extremely critical issue since we were able to cross two bridges, one from iove to tragic and the other from tragic to the mainland. This situation forced tremendous traffic jams starting in the morning and ending in the evening. It is a lovelyly historic area with great

The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was good and the wifi was good. Even though this is our first time staying in a tragic place, the staff at a travel agency Hairs was very helpful and listened to all our questions.

I cannot recommend this place if you are traveling by car. Villa Ivana is a decent hotel in a great position. If you are traveling by car. In that case, you don't want to stay here. Our experience is that tragic is completely drained of cars and tourists arriving during the summer and cannot accommodate them all. The travel agency where you retrieve the keys for Villa Ivana isn't accessible by car. There is simply no nearby parking where you can stop briefly to pick up the keys, and tragic has some of the worst traffic jams I have ever seen, and I live in California, which is known for traffic jams! You can sit in traffic for hours attempting to retrieve the keys to the hotel and park. Had the hotel given us the address of their offsite parking lot in advance, it is quite a distance from the hotel and from the most congested traffic areas, so we could have parked there at the beginning and then brought our suitcases to the travel agency to pick up the keys. Instead, we spent about 3 hours stuck in traffic in tragic looking for a place to park long enough to locate the travel agency, and when we eventually did take the keys, we headed to the hotels offsite parking lot. It was a terrible experience that marred an otherwise wonderful vacation in Croatia.
