We had a day at the Cosmopolitan Bro Hotel and our company was organizing it. Facilities include breakfast, coffee breaks, half board, evening cocktails, and meeting rooms. Very professional and attentive staff too. But overall I like the style of the hotel.

Overall, I would stay again if the room was the same price, primarily due to the size of the room it was perfect for me to relax in and read bookswatch to shows whilst I waited for my boyfriend to be discharged from the clinic I didn't feel trapped or cooped up like I might have done in a standard hotel room. The room was very spacious with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a large wraparound balcony. The breakfast was great, with a large selection to choose from, and the food in the restaurant was delicious! The staff at check-in and check-out were excellent. The fridge was very helpful because we were staying while my partner had surgery, so I non-czech speaking could stock up on food before he went to the hospital. The beds were large and very comfortable, and there were tes in both rooms. You could also close a divider to separate the rooms a bit. The restaurant staff was happy to give me a teapot of hot water so I could make two cups of tea in the room, but I have to go up and down nine stories with this! Beautiful large balcony, it was wonderful to watch people ice skating at night here. Although the room is advertised as having a bath, it doesn't. I was a bit disappointed, but not too much. The hotel looks nice and has 3 restaurants. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, big room, high-quality linens, and comfy beds. Only the heating system that has not been defined yet. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable. The location is okay, but on a busy road there is a nice walk to the city through a park. free wifi. First, one of the reasons I booked the hotel was to have access to the pool. I found it out once I arrived. I should have been informed about this in advance. We had no hot water for the first 24 hours, this was fixed after a couple of hours, but how did housekeeping not see it? There is no shower curtain, so you can't shower without soaking the floor. The air conditioner is not working, it only blows air. Youth drinking illegally outside the hotel entrance were loud in the evenings. Poor choice of channels.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy and have a nice view. And then, the staff is friendly and helpful. After that, the breakfast is really tasty. Subsequently, they didn't have anything good for the price I paid. Besides that, the city center is close to the city center by foot.
