The condition of the hotel was so different from that of the era. The employee should inspect all the rooms cleanliness, style, furnishings, etc. The view from the balcony was a lot of grass, they should take care of it.

I stayed for a week with a friend, and because of the dates, we had the hotel more or less for ourselves. Its a little antiquated, but the staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean, the bathrooms are comfortable, and there is a small but lovely spa area with a pool looking out onto a pine forest, jacuzzi, various massage showers, and a variety of saunas. The food is plentiful, the view from the balconies is beautiful, and you are far enough away from civilization three kilometers down to the nearest tram stop and a small group of public buildings to have complete silence and peace. The hotel is on bro lake and offers some wonderful hiking opportunities.

The location is quite strategic, just outside the metro station. The staff at reception and dining are quite friendly and courteous. They do not provide electric fan and air conditioning. We leave the room and balcony doors open, as there are no window and it's annoying and they told us if they have one, but it's broken. The balcony has a lovely view, despite the fact that it faces the bro reservoir and was located right below us. Despite the fact that we booked it earlier, we thought that our balcony room had a very fresh corner bathshower, washbasin, and a clean toilet, but we found no toilet paper holder. The bathroom is also dirty and it doesn't have an electric outlet on the wall! It's disappointing that the balcony rail is rusty and blistered, and the drab rattan wicker unwinds from the sad looking chairs. Our balcony view is nice and unappealing, but the neighborhood is just below us.

Because we anticipated that there is a nice view of the fireworks display during the international display of signs brunensis, as well as the luxury of your room, we selected this hotel on purpose. We had a voucher from one Czech discount travel website, and it included half board, wellness, and three hours of bike rentals. When we arrived on saturday, there was a large wedding reception in the restaurant, so dinner was served in a different room. We got a room on the other side of the hotel, with a lovely view of the bro dam, so we didnt hear anything good from the wedding party. We were a family of 22 so we got a 2-bedroom apartment that was very spacious, well-equipped, and renovated but not luxurious. The wellness area is a beautiful pool 10x 5 m, a jacuzzi that was occupied for one hour by the same person without any chance to get in, an infrared sauna, a Scandinavian sauna, and a massage bathtub. This part is supermodel and really nice, so it was fantastic to use it on a Saturday morning wet day. In the evening, we borrowed the bikes we had in the voucher, there is also one little bike for a child apron 20. Cycling around the dam was wonderful.
