This holiday complex is located at the southern end of the tourist district, a short walk from a tropical mountainside and Cofresi Bay's sandy beach, just 400 meters away. Puerto Plata's international airport is a 30-minute drive. The complex comprises 80 apartments within eight two-story buildings. The main building features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket, and a hair salon. Guests can also enjoy two restaurants, laundry and room service, and a kids' club (ages 5-12) with dedicated children's entertainment. Parking and garage facilities are available. Comfortable rooms include an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, fridge, satellite/cable TV, balcony, and a safe for hire. Suites feature individually controlled air conditioning, a lounge area with a fan and seating area with a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom. Guests have access to pools with sun terraces, loungers, and parasols, as well as a complimentary beach club. Sports activities include tennis (three sand courts), archery, beach volleyball, billiards, and cycling. Horse riding and golf are available for an additional fee. A gym is also on-site. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy diving (PADI and introductory lessons in the pool), offshore fishing, windsurfing, snorkeling, and kayaking (some incur an extra charge). Regular evening entertainment is provided. A buffet breakfast is available each morning.
