This is the first time I ever went to a hotel, I chose to stay at Serenity Home in Hurghada. When I first saw a photo of a place, I was scared, but this time the pictures are exactly what I discovered and you can say it is more than what I expected. Actually, I'm there now, and I want to share my experience with you, and I am exceedingly satisfied and the place more than I expected. The pool was fantastic, they cleaned it all the time and open time for guests to enjoy it all the time. They clean the place all the time, and the suit they selected to me was superb, very well decorated, and all the staff is really friendly Tony, and Abdullah as well I can't remember his name. They respond fast and provide you with an assistant, so they work for your satisfaction. I will stay again and again without a doubt, and I will never go anywhere else.

The staff here will help you with everything you need to make it a wonderful experience with the great service. It is so delicious with the manager who listens very well to our concerns and immediately responds. Always clean. They also give warm hospitality to guests.

We needed a place to stay from noon to 2. 00 am the next day and our hotel would have charged us more than $100 for use of our room. We found quiet home and it was perfect for our purpose as it is only a 15 minute drive from the airport. We stayed at the back of the house, in a basic but perfectly functional and clean bungalow with more to offer than we needed. We enjoyed the good size bed and the shower with hot water. There was also a small seating area outside. Pool and garden looked well maintained. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with no amenities. The friendly and helpful manager offered immediately to get us something we wanted from a supermarket. You can get to places by taxi but you must negotiate the fare, and uber is great and really cheap. If we had chosen a longer stay we would have liked to stay on an upper floor in the main building because the bungalow was a bit too dark.

Studios and flats with a large kitchen, a stovetop oven, and a washing machine are all equipped with an individual air conditioning system and satellite. There is a large hair dryer and a cozy swimming pool. A few friendly cats play peacefully and occasionally come to your unit to share the location with you but they do not serve breakfast. They only help you get to the nearby supermarket on request, the environment is safe and peaceful.
