Excellente localisation mais très mal indiqué (enceinte du Novotel).. Accueil parfait. Bon équipement. Lieu hyper sécurisé. Grosse différence de niveau entre deux appartements du même prix, se renseigner avant. La climatisation n’était pas efficace dans l’un des deux logements + odeurs de friture. Terrasses pas très propres Belle salle de bains, toilettes séparées. Belle TV. Lieu calme, en hypercentre, idéal pour visiter la ville. Les brasseries proches sont excellentes. Parkings payants proches mais chers (27 euro la nuit). Une bonne adresse dans l’ensemble !

Es un departamento monoambiente con una cama cómoda al igual que las almohadas, la cocina esta muy equipada (tiene pava electrica, cafetera, ollas, cubiertos, vasos, tazas), el baño es adecuado pero la ducha tiene poca potencia. Tiene ventanas pero las mismas no se pueden abrir esto hace que sea poco ventilado. Nosotros dejábamos un ratito abierta la puerta de entrada y se ventilaba un poco. Como la habitación ya estaba libre nos dejaron de ingresar a la misma antes de la hora del check in.

J'ai bien aimé l'appartement, très central et agréable. Le pire? Le bruit, dehors, pendant la nuit! Je n'ose pas pensé comment se passent les soirées d'été! C'est mal isolé et c'est dommage car l'appartement est sympa. Attention, on nous donne peu de produits d'hygiène, mieux vaut apporter shampoing et gel de bain.

Perfect location. The studio is large with everything you need, including tea and some instant coffee (no milk). However, there is now fresh air as there is no window that can open. Furniture is tired and the room is unimaginative and frankly, a bit depressing.

In an ideal position for central Toulouse and access to public transport. That flat itself was fine except no opening windows so the air was stale permanently except for an AC unit that recirculated it. I woke up each morning coughing and sneezing as I’m used to sleeping with the window open. There’s also a constant smell of fat from the Churros cafe directly below.

Pas de services proposés. C'est l'hôtel d'à côté qui s'occupe de notre arrivée. Entrée qui sent la friture, le couloir qui sent le renfermer tout comme la chambre. Chambre qui ne correspond pas aux photos .Très mauvaise expérience

L'air climatisé n'avait aucune puissante, et l'air qui en sortait était malodorant. Le personnel n'a rien pu faire, et n'a pas pu me proposer de chambre dans l'hôtel principal (Novotel).

Room looks awesome at first, but then I found someones hair in my bed, bath tub had stains on it, dishes was so dirty, grabbed a glass and it was all greasy with two short grey hair stuck on it (hopefully not pubis ones). The matres had a hole in the middle - it was impossible to fall asleep. All in all cheap price in the centre of Toulouse is really tempting but the experience was awful. When I remember that room feels like I'm about to throw up. I don't mind older furniture but at least keep it clean and spotless, no matter the price !
