Ein charmantes kleines Hotel, das einmal eine bessere Zeit hatte, wie man uns sagte. Die Dame des Hauses ist in die Jahre gekommen, lebt aber für das Hotel. Tolles Frühstück und gutes Abendessen. Schöner Pool und Garten, geräumige Zimmer. Einziger Wermutstropfen, man hatte uns versehentlich einen Tag zu früh ausgecheckt.

Court séjour dans cet établissement mais très reposant et agréable. Personnel très chaleureux et accueillant. Le restaurant en terrasse vaut le détour. Bien situé au pied du village de Ménerbes. Nous y reviendrons.

We spent a couple of nights at the Hosterie. The hotel is located outside Menerbes in a very quiet environment. The building is superior and in a lovely garden with a large swimming pool. The staff is excellent and always eager to help. Excellent maitre hotel with an energetic young woman who is dedicated to her job. The management is very friendly. We had a problem with our room too small for 5 people, and we were offered an additional room at no cost. Final good thing is the food is excellent. However, it could have been a paradise, but the hotel needs a serious renovation as rooms, decor, etc. are getting very tired and occasionally not very clean. Also, the staff management is really interesting to see, some of the employees complain openly about the direction of the hotel, and strong discussions between management and staff appear to happen regularly. In conclusion, don't hesitate to stay at this place, but beware of it's default. And I strongly advise investing in the renovation of the property.

There is a pool and gardens in the grounds. A large terrace for eating outside and a dining room that has stone arched, so it makes the meal more enjoyable. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and kind. But the wifi is only available in the foyer, so a country retreat in the middle of picturesque villages. There is some English language spoken. Our room was lovely and had a balcony in this sandstone built rural motel. The food and wines are wonderful.

The property itself is very pretty , great pool and very good food - however the owners lack of English and organisation skills are very limited - There is a very good manager but he seems to do everything for her because she is so chaotic ! For those that remember Faulty towers , this is the French version - you need a car to get to the nearest towns and villages , they are a long walk ! My room was fine but it needs updating and the rooms vary alot - the better rooms are in the first building near reception - it was okay but I’m not sure I would stay there again.

We experienced the same things that were described in other comments: Receptionist couldn't find reservation so Hotelscom had to call in ; room wasn't cleaned when we arrived ; we paid online for superior room and got a basic one ; restroom were leaking with unfixed lid ; when we checked-out they billed us by mistake drinks we didn't take as well as the room that was pre-paid (lol). Happily the place itself, the pool, the garden are gorgeous so our stay was still very enjoyable. I'd say the staff is doing its best but there is a clear lack of organisation/management.

L'hôtel est bien situé pour ceux qui sont à la recherche d'un endroit central pour visiter les village dans le Luberon. Chambres sont vieillottes et salles de bains n'attendent qu'à être rénovées. Le service laisse à désirer. Un vrai manque de professionnalisme.

Arrivé à 15h, nos chambres n'étaient pas prêtes et nous avons patienté 30mn comme demandé. Il a fallu moult interventions pour que le jardinier accepte de mettre des draps 2h après notre arrivée. La porte d'entrée fermait avec difficulté, le WC était complètement entartre et le pommeau de douche battant. A ces différentes remarques, la patronne répondait toujours la même chose : pour le prix payé, c'est normal. Et bien non ce n'est pas normal, c'est indigne d'un tel lieu qui est par ailleurs magnifique

À notre arrivée vers 18h, personne à l’accueil ne nous a ni demandé si nous voulions dîner, ni recommandé de réserver pour le dîner. À 20h15 quand nous avons voulu dîner, on nous a expliqué que c’était impossible faute de réservation. Nous avons vu arriver des clients qui semblaient extérieurs à l’hôtel. Bref un gros problème de coordination entre l’accueil de l’hôtel et le restaurant. La serveuse nous a dit qu’il y avait déjà 32 couverts et qu’elle et sa collègue ne pouvait pas faire plus . Il restait pourtant des tables libres en dehors de la terrasse.
