The room was very small, but nicely equipped with a fridge and brewing equipment. Shower was very difficult for me to enter and exit because it was in a high-sided bath. Be careful if you have mobility difficulties. No elevator. It says free parking is available, but only from 7.30 am to 9 am. I. Continental breakfast at 12 euros each is expensive, but there is a nice little cafe right next door! The beds were comfy, and we had a peaceful nights sleep. Bill had a tax added to it that we had not anticipated, making it more expensive than we had booked.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting this lovely place. The location is perfect, it's on the edge of the city center, which is small enough to walk everywhere. The street is busy, but our room was back, so there was no traffic noise. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No frills but perfectly adequate and reasonably priced. I'd stay there again.

The location is excellent with a big park and ride car park next to the underpass. This hotel has a very kind and caring staff that gives good value for the money. The rooms are a bit tired, but really suitable for a weekend break. I hope to come back here again.

I stayed at this hotel from the city centre, very close to the rail station, main street, and restaurants. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the corridors and the room. I think they should improve it.

Good location train and bus station, old town with markets, shops, restaurants, 100 m long beach, but the city of Saint Jean de Luz is forgotten, clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable with hot water and air conditioning. Staff friendly hotel ok but the city is not.
