My wife got me a 2-night package that included dinner at the restaurant both nights. What a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff was courteous and effective. The superior room was very well decorated, but there was no view at all from the window. The curtains had to be kept closed as the window overlooked the inside landing. The room is comfortable, as I would expect from a hotel at this level. Immaculately clean, lots of towels etc. The tea station was a little lacking but had we asked I was sure they would have topped it up. Interesting that a communication mistake was made between the front desk and the restaurant on the first night. But we didn't even notice! That's service. Food was as expected from a Michelin star restaurant, service spot on with friendly staff. The only gripe was the ridiculous wifi that had to be resetting every 4 hours, usually during a film! This needs to be addressed in this day and age, we rely on reliable and stable internet these days.

Everything worked perfectly, everything was so impressive and delicious. The hotel staff also provided a changing station and a crib in our room.

At La Mathlete, my wife and I had a wonderful evening. Despite the cultural restrictions, the personnel has been really cordial and accommodating. We had a very lovely meal in the room, which featured a lovely view of the sea and the aquarium, though, it was unfortunately closed. Many thanks to the hotel staff, who was my partner in surprising my wife. The hotel is very clean and you can tell that the cleaning is quite thorough. I value detail very much, and the hotel personnel met my strict standards!.

I recently had a strange credit card transaction a week before my arrival and they blocked 50 as security in case, we didn't come even though my reservation had a 48 hour cancellation guarantee. When asked what would have happened if I cancelled, I received no answer. They said it was their usual method. I frequently travel and this is my first experience. The hotel is nicely located a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and nice. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was a buffet and quite well.
