Overall the hotel is clean and conveniently located, but it most definitely has the best front office I have ever worked with, especially alicia. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us and was always polite and cheerful!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, especially Alicia who did everything she could to make my stay enjoyable. thank you so much. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Perhaps the pillows are not very good but the mattress is great. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The most amazing small hotel ever! We stayed in April for a week and were warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady who checked us in and offered us a room with a view or an accessible room. We chose a view room and were not disappointed! The room and bathroom were excellent. The bathroom had everything you needed, and the bedroom is spacious with air conditioning. The location is ideal because it is between two meters which is helpful for connecting to other parts of Paris. Overall, this is a great hotel and we had a great time!.

The hotel is in an excellent position because it is so close to Moulin Rouge, Sacre Cover, and Lafayette Galleries for shopping. This is a very tranquil place. It's helpful if we can't sleep because there is no outside noise, a bonus if you have a jetlag. Even though we got going late in the afternoon, the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast is available for an additional fee, making it a great option if you want a traditional breakfast of ham, bacon, sausage, and eggs with extra French baking. Furthermore, there are three patissieres close by for additional french bakery options. We planned to remain in Paris for four days before moving on to London, but because of omicron spreading, we chose to remain. The manager was very helpful in making arrangements for us to stay another 10 nights and moving us to a larger room with more comforts, it was greatly appreciated! Whenever I come back to Paris, I would undoubtedly remain here.

The price is worth the service. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff, Sonia at the front desk, was really helpful beyond expectations. Overall, the general area is a little seedy but fine. Excellent value.
