Please allow my terrible experience to serve as a learning lesson for you at my expense. The staff is completely unprofessional. We reserved this hotel as a last minute option and that is exactly what it needs to be. A last resort choice for anyone seeking a clean room. ConsThe location is close to trains and the safe. Clean bed and private bathroom conveniently next to many restaurants. But you cannot leave your hotel key outside. The staff takes random breaks and locks the front hotel door. The sheets were soiled. The hot water heater stopped working for an hour there were no visitors in your room you paid for no elevator past the ith floor it has room for one person and one bag, only my mother's room was full of mold.

The point is that this place had an inaccurate location in addition to being extremely close to the train station Gare des Lettres and close to a pleasant brasserie that served good food. Getting around by foot is not advised. There are many beggars, urine odors, etc. Very tiny room and bathroom. There is no storage space. Since the apartment has 2 adults and a teen on the floor, there is no space to move around and it is difficult to open the suitcase with three people inside. no air conditioning. Because it is close to the bistro, it is quite noisy till 2 am, making it impossible to open windows. There is a broken furniture door between the bathroom and bedroom. If you are like me, who booked without a cancellation option, depart from this location and enjoy Paris and all its historical monuments and architecture, return to this hotel only to sleep. In conclusion, I will never return and highly recommend this hotel.
