La noche sur crore is excellent for walking in the Haute Marie. We remained 3 nights and it was perfect. The bedrooms are large and clean, with a small balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The host is very friendly and an amazing chef, she serves guests with her exquisite dinners, carefully prepared and presented. Highly recommend La Noche sur crore!.

The room is very nice and clean. I want to stay here again for a longer period. Claire is the perfect host.... Dinner was excellent. Wine included. The room is very nice and clean. The balcony has a great view. It was the best stay we've ever had during a visit to the noise park.

For the third time, or fourth, we have stayed at La Noche du Croisier. If you include the time we only spent for a few days, we did not feel let down. As usual, Claire was pleased to see us and incredibly welcoming. The accommodation was spacious and light, with wonderful views of the mountains that constitute the Italian border. The tiny balcony was perfect for our morning cup of tea in the sunshine and a beer in the evening shade. Claire is an incredible cook, and her evening meals are a treat that she shared with her other guests. On this occasion, they were all french speakers, but Claire was on hand to at least let us know if any conversations were too much for us to comprehend. Breakfast included cereal, yogurt, toast, and bread, which was accompanied by a great variety of jams, mostly made from Claire's garden. Claire has extensive knowledge of the area's mountains, is able to provide advise and have maps of the numerous walks in the area, and is able to provide suggestions based on particular abilities. It would be ideal for us to keep this location as our secret, ideal spot, but that wouldn't be fair to claire.

This lovely little hotel is owned by Aussie Clemon. The location is in the beautiful small village of La Noche. Throughout our bike ride along the Great Apes Route, we had the good fortune to stay one night there. The room had a nice view, and the atmosphere was pleasant and clean. In the morning, a delicious breakfast with lots of homemade jams was served. In a nutshell, clair is a wonderful host.

La Noche du Crêve is a terrific location to access Vanish National Park, particularly if you prefer smaller charming villages to large resorts. It is usually sunny on a plateau and offers stunning mountain views and fresh mountain air. In this tranquil setting, la Noche du Crêve is centrally located and appears unassuming. The rooms are cheery and immaculately clean. Walking is simple to get to the villages sites of interest. And then there is Claire. She is absolutely pleasant and welcoming. She volunteered to work on our upcoming transportation arrangements while we were in the mountains. She also cooks like a force of nature with an emphasis on fresh and healthy food. Breakfast included a wide variety, including muesli and bread fresh from the local bakery. However, the very diverse, full-flavored jams, a dozen at a time out of about 20 in her pantry, all made from fruit she picked from her garden, familys garden or orchard, or the mountains, each carefully prepared with a minor amount of sweetening to preserve fruit flavors. I strongly advise you to request dinner, however. Ambrosia was offered to us over dinner. The vegetables were from her garden and were again prepared with a light touch with less salt than is commonly used in regional cuisine, full flavor, fresh in the summer and preserved in the winter. The cheeses were local.
