Despite the room's size, it was well-equipped with the amenities we expected. The location is very strategic, so it's in a nice clean location. But, because of the thin walls, I can hear the conversation of the guests in the adjacent room. This hotel doesn't provide luxury. The best among the staff members is Faith. He is quite competent in communicating in English and speaking well.

The location of this hotel is very close to taxi square, which is also very popular and busy street in Istanbul. It also features a fantastic location. There are so many options, everything is excellent. You can do your shopping in your room and go on. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. They told us everything we needed. The room is so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every day, the towels and bedding are cleaned and changed. The breakfast is also very satisfying. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bathroom has quite a few facilities. The room size is decent, and clean. The location is great. The bed and pillow are comfortable, the shower is nice and clean. Breakfast has a wide variety and an incredible variety. The personal service is excellent.

We stayed twice. Excellent location, only a few steps from istiklal and a few meters from Takimi square. Rooms are well-decorated, and have contemporary bathrooms. Cleansing daily with fresh towels and amenities. Very well run hotel with great staff. I was greeted with a warm welcome by a. Engine at reception who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you especially for my. Muzaffer and my. Than for their excellent service they were taking care of us every day at breakfast. Kudos to the entire staff! Keep up your excellent work! Our first choice hotel in Istanbul. Totally recommended.

Overall, we had a great time in Mukarnes and hope to visit again soon. The facility is modern and in a great location. It takes just a minute to stroll to Istiqlal Street. The staff is courteous, friendly, and extremely kind. Thanks a lot to Mukareffer and the people who eat breakfast. The facilities were nicely maintained and spotless. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of variations.
