The location is good, and not far from the city center, as well as the hotel's spa and public area. They provide a spa, just like the room that had a great view. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Plus, the manager named Nikolas was very knowledgeable about transportation and customer service.

Very good service and people are very friendly. The coffee in the morning is not good but easy to solve. This is my first time in a hotel. Good experience and wonderful view of the mountains. thank you to all.

After a very lengthy trip from the uk, we stayed for one night. Easy check-in. The 2 connecting rooms we selected were excellent for us. Before leaving the uk, I emailed Nicolas, and he handled everything for us. Before we arrived, we realized we should have reserved tickets for the national park online. Nicolas was exceptional. He helped us complete the booking forms, and we were on our way 30 minutes later. Thanks again for a great stay.

The employee who worked here was great, and the food that they had here was so good, plus the good location. Plus, the atmosphere was so cool with the view. Plus, the interior layout was so amazing with the small room and the view was great, plus the view was so amazing.

I will absolutely return if I have the chance! We reserved a room here because we needed to make sure we could enjoy a jacuzzi after hiking the I in Torres del Paine. I'm so glad we did! The staff was outstanding--they went out of their way to be helpful at every turn when we arrived late and hungry, when we needed to store our suitcases for the trek, and when we had questions about local destinations. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. The rooms have lovely views, a central location and convenient, excellent decor, and comfy and comfortable beds. The restaurant offers lovely views, attentive employees, and delicious food. But it's actually the staff that sets us apart at Noi indigo Patagonian apart from others.
