We had a good stopover with a beautiful lake nearby to stretch the legs. The parking was excellent at the rear, the rooms were adequate for the price, and the staff was very helpful. Both breakfast and evening dinner were very satisfying. We would use this place again when in the area.

I would suggest this room to you who are interested in staying longer because it is comfortable, however, older guests are advised to request a first floor room. There is a lot of road noise early in the morning. Excellent evening meal, tasty breakfast, and two lovely waitresses. When I pressed the wrong button on the computer, a helpful lady on the phone had to ring up to rectify it.

I was greeted by the owner of the hotel and her friendliness was great as she put our bike in the bag. It turns out that she also has good friendliness and is really helpful at storing the bike in her room. The room was very comfortable even though it appears to be a quiet place and there is a lot of traffic early in the morning. Breakfast is good and the restaurant is nice, if it was very quiet when we were there and had no atmosphere. There are other interesting things to see around town.

My spouse and I stayed at the Bretagne on our journey back through France for one night. My husband last stayed here 10 years ago when it was under different ownership. However, the previous owner sold it on to one of the chefs who worked under him, and he has kept the excellent standard in the restaurant. The hotel is straightforward but perfectly comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they all clearly want you to enjoy your stay. It has a good sized parking lot at the back, and you can park for no extra charge. It is conveniently located in the center of this little town, with a few lively bars on the main street. The restaurant is great and we had a great dinner there. Classic French cuisine coupled with lovely wines. My souffle and lemon sorbet with which I ended my meal were especially memorable! With such good food and reasonably priced rooms, you can't go wrong.

Excellent service and a great price. Unfortunately, we were only dining in the restaurant, so we can't comment on the hotel and I had no problems with the food or service. Typical northern French town.
