We had an overnight stop here on our way to Calais. The room was very basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities and shower gelshampoo. Our room was right next to the river so was very noisy because the water was fast flowing and sounded more like a loud air conditioner than water! We had dinner in the restaurant and it was easily 4 for the food, we both had rump steak. The recommended red wine bordeaux was excellent. We arranged to leave early the next morning and the staff were very accommodating. This was a great hotel with many potential. The staff were really good, the food was nice, just the basic room let it down, but the price was justified.

We stayed for two nights and had dinner each night in a glass enclosed area between the river and the mill. We tried some of the dishes we tried, including port mignon with models and scallops with prawns, salad gourmand, and terrine du chef. And everything was accompanied by a selection of reasonably priced wines. Everything was exquisitely prepared and presented. Our bedroom and bathroom were simple, spotless, and cozy. The staff was all courteous and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and intend to return. We hoped to see Gerberoy, but we did not. We looked for a hotel close by because we intended to go there. Upon arriving, the hotel is situated on a riverbank, in the heart of fields. We were dining in a glass enclosed space between the river and the mill each night and stayed for two nights. As we browsed the menu, we drank a bottle of chilled white wine. Although it was quite busy, the young employees treated us well. And every meal was served with wine from a variety of reasonably priced wine list. All of it was well-cooked and presented. Our bedroom and bathroom were simple, spotless, and cozy.

I booked this hotel on the way to France's south. This is a wonderful stopover in northern France. Breakfast was of a good standard on a buffet basis. The room was basic, but there was nothing wrong with it. Lovely setting with a lovely mill stream. Happy to come back in the next french hold.

One of the key reasons we chose this hotel for a one-night stopover before heading farther south was its proximity to the channel ports. The location of the hotel cannot be attributed enough, with incredible views of the surrounding countryside and being an old converted mill complete with a waterwheel and other old machinery. The menu was nice, but the dishes' execution slightly lacked anticipation, as had been the case with our orders. We expected freshly baked bread rather than sliced white bread, which was bland when offered to us as a snack alongside our aperitifs. The largest issue we encountered was the size of our room, particularly the restroom. Even with the modest double bed in the room, there wasn't enough space for two suitcases to be opened together. To allow people to walk around the room, the other person had to lay on the bed, which was very low and difficult for me to get out of because it was so close to the wash basin. The toilet pan was so close to the wash basin that it made it difficult for both of us to use the facilities. Due to the tight space between the toilet pan and the opposing wall, both of us risked hitting our heads on the wall. This was a shower attachment to the bath's taps, and since there was no wall attachment to hang this shower head, neither of us could take a proper shower. Any stray water might

Just outside of a tiny village, this ancient waterfall is tucked away between attractive gardens, a waterfall, and a stream, and offers a warm and friendly welcome and a comfortable, warm bedroom. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty, and service as it should be. Very good breakfast with fresh bread, etc. No negative comments! During the day, preparations were being done for a wedding reception, and I can't think of a nicer venue to host it.
