Due to extreme hot weather upper floor room would not cool off. Fans had to be utilized to make it somewhat comfortable.

This hotel is modest on paper, and very admirable in all metrics in reality. We had to find 4 rooms at the last minute due to an emergency, and were easily accommodated with no hassle. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk was cordial and made a point to let us know that he was gladly expecting us - our rooms were ready and a sight for sore eyes, well above the sort of value often expected from Parisian hotels, especially in the 12th arrondissement. Very good experience.

Piccolo albergo recentemente ristrutturato a 200 metri dalla Gare de Lyon, e quindi comodo per metro, bus e ristorantini, ma tuttavia in una via tranquilla. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione non è ricchissima ma con prodotti di qualità. Libre service di caffetteria e frutta per tutto il giorno. Buona pulizia. Camera ben insonorizzata ma formato mignon come quasi sempre a Parigi: una mensola in più ci stava benisimo e sarebbe stata gradita. Comunque un hotel molto consigliato anche per una permanenza di più giorni volta a turismo sfrenato . . . .

We just stayed here for one night as we arrived at the gare de Lyon and headed to the airport early the next morning but the location was great (maybe a bit gritty because of proximity to train station but great for our family) and service was very helpful. A smooth visit and I would definitely return for a longer visit. Close to everything.

Ensuite, nous avons découvert notre chambre qui était sublime. Au petit matin, nous avons été accueillis par la responsable du petit-déjeuner ainsi que par le réceptionniste, tous deux très sympathiques. La chambre était confortable et décorée avec goût, et le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et attentionné tout au long du séjour. This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times on the 4th floor with a view of Rue Traversière which is quintessentially Parisian. The staff are very friendly and the proximity to the Gare de Lyon and Metro line 1 make it easy to get around Paris. There are plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.
