Sejour agreable au Novotel de Montpellier. Facile dacces et grand parking pres des portes. Les chambres sont propres et bien equipees. L'equipe de lhotel est agreable et souriante. Un tres bon sejour!

Efter en väldigt jobbig dags resa, med dålig upplevelse av att få hjälp med bilen som krånglat, kom vi fram till Novotel och blev så trevligt mottagna. En snabb matbit hann vi med, bra bemötande även där.Det gjorde att vår dag slutade bra. Ett stort plus var elladdning precis utanför receptionen, där vi kunde stå hela natten, viktigt för oss med elbil. Vi åkte fulladdat morgon efter en väldigt god frukost. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

The hotel is nice, a bit old but clean and the staff is very friendly. In the shower they have all ritual products which I liked. Breakfast was really good and there are many things to eat. We did have dinner in their restaurant and the food was very good.

The hotel staff was very helpful. We did not use the pool facilities, I wouldn't stay here again unless the hotel is completely renovated. We stayed here for one night as a stopover until we reached our final destination. To say the place is run down is an understatement. The place is dirty, old, rotten carpets and the rooms are extremely small. The smoke detector in our room was covered with a dirty sock and plastic bag, which my partner had to remove and there were cigarette buds on the windowsill outside so disgusting. The secondary lock on the bedroom door was also broken, so neither of us slept. Positives we had breakfast the next morning, which was nice.

The hotel is dingy and outdated, with stains all over the carpet in the main entranceway, and at first glance, if possible, we would have changed hotels. There was a funny announcement at the checkin desk asking patrons to be patient and kind to the staff as they appeared to be missing personnel. The man who checked us in was nice. The room wasnt. The air conditioning didnt cool the room, so we spent the night roasting in our bed, tired, and sleepless. The hotel furniture was similar to it. Depressing, worn out, and in need of updating. The entire room had one plug. Because it was clear that this hotel had been left behind, it did not look or feel like other novels weve stayed at. The entire property needs care and looking. This review is being written because the restaurant is exceptional. Our meal, which included a wonderful local bottle of wine suggested by our server, Marino ruben, was great. Our time with him was enjoyable and enjoyable. Thank you, ruben, for your kind hospitality and sharing your local knowledge. Our dinner was the best part of our trip!.

We would have chosen another hotel if it hadnt been possible because the hotel is old and dingy and has stains all over the carpet in the main entranceway. Depressing, wornout, and in need of an update. It was one plug in the entire room. It is clear that this hotel has been left behind and it did not appear or feel like the other novels weve stayed in. The entire property, including the exterior of the building, needs care and a look. Due to the great restaurant, this review is being submitted. Our meal, which included a delicious local bottle of wine that our server, Marino ruben, recommended, was wonderful. Our time spent with him was enjoyable and enjoyable. Pas d’eau minérale classique dans le réfrigérateur et eau du robinet fortement chlorée. Questionnaire en ANGLAIS , pas le temps de traduire ce que je ne comprends pas. Ecofriendliness peut être très tendance mais je n’en comprends pas le sens.
