We stayed here for dinner and the highlights of our visit was the crepe brulee. We stayed in a family room with a double bed and two sofa beds. We have a 6- and 3-year-old boy there. The staff were so professional, helpful, and even enthused, offering tips for local things. They have tablefootball tables outside, dressing up boxes, computers with kid-friendly games, pools roof top that isn't heated for kids, and a pool with no roof and is perfect for the adults. pancakes were raining at breakfast, waffles, with a lot of alternatives even popcorn.

You would not expect to be welcomed and looked after well when you come into a hotel, particularly one that is well-known internationally. In this hotel, this was not the case. Arrived at the hotel at the given check-in time, but the rooms weren't ready. While the receptionists paid close attention to our requirements and cared about us, they did nothing or gave us anything. Even so, after the delay, the time they promised to get the rooms ready arose. Still not ready. The receptionist made two payments for the city tax, which caused us to make mistakes in the calculation of the city fee. I won't go into details about how some of the employees respond to customers. But a good employee would not use it. The hotel room's cleanliness was poor the sheet had a few stains. The hotel's supplied coffee maker is inoperable, dusty, and covered in ageing coffee stains. Although they didn't dispatch someone until the next day, the restroom had issues that could have been resolved in less than five minutes. I gave it a score of 0 in the overall appraisal of my time there. I wouldn't ever go back here again.

We had a wonderful time during our tour of France. As part of our vacation, we spent a few nights in this hotel. We had a wonderful time and were very satisfied with the lodging. Our lodging was really pleasant. Staff greeted us with open arms and warmly welcomed us at the entryway. Because the hotel was full and could not receive an upgrade given our status, we were given a standard room, but there were no problems because the room was the standard novel accommodation. It was well-maintained and immaculate in general. It was well-managed and kept up well. The staff was quite friendly, and they assisted us with any concerns we raised. Although parking is available across the street, there is another parking lot nearby that offers affordable rates, especially for longer stays, despite the fact that it is packed. Furthermore, the city center is accessible by foot, and it takes 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the city center. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the personnel was friendly. Although it was rather good, I would have preferred some hot food alternatives. The restaurant was simply fantastic! We ate there every day and enjoyed every type of food we tried. In actuality, we had never eaten at a hotel restaurant multiple times during our visit. Even if tiny, the pool was excellent, the terrace has lovely scenery of the surrounding hills, making the visit memorable. In general, we

I highly recommend this hotel to couples and families. It is conveniently located near the fort in the city. The hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The staff were very helpful. I say the food was amazing special thanks to the chief my Amen who provided us with a very unique and delicious food.
