End-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding the kitchen area and dishes).Each villa features its own private heated swimming pool, with water temperature maintained between 24°C and 26°C from April to early November. Pool opening period: April to November. The pool size is 4 metres for 4-person villas and 7 metres for 6- and 8-person villas.Reception opening hours: daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.Included services: bed and bath linen, beds made upon arrival, basic WiFi access, and end-of-stay cleaning. A welcome kit is provided as a courtesy upon arrival only.Please note that maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. If additional guests are declared, a paid upgrade may be offered (subject to availability). If the booking is cancelled due to non-compliance, 100% of the fees will be retained.Electric vehicle charging stations are available on site at an additional cost and subject to availability.
