Air conditioning in a heat wave is priceless. My family of 4 counted on the heat breaks in the apartment each day and night. The place was in a great location, updated, and clean.

The apartment was excellent, huge, clean and well equipped. The location is amazing you are in the centre of everything a few minutes walk to Notre Dame. Only slight issue we had was the entry key pad system which was installed the day before and was not working properly which left us standing in the stairwell whatsapping to try and gain access. The host sorted any issues as quickly as possible and always responded quickly. Overall would highly recommend.

Very charming and stylish. Location was great - many cafes and restaurants nearby; steps from Notre Dame and a short walk to the Metro. Condo was really clean and impeccably renovated.

ここに2泊しました。場所はとてもよく、対岸のシテ島やルーブルも歩いて行けます。徒歩圏内に良いレストランも沢山ありました。施設もとてもおしゃれで清潔で快適でした。洗濯機乾燥機もあり便利だと思います。またパリに行く際はここに泊まりたいと思うくらい、すごくおすすめです。

Amazing apartment in a great location. Right by Notre dame and Latin Quarter so lots of dining options and walkable to many sites. It’s also a few min walk from Saint Michel-Notre Dame station which is a direct train to airport (RER B line). The apartment itself is super spacious and modern and charming. Has kitchen and laundry facilities. When we had a minor issue with a light switch, the management quickly responded via email and had it fixed right away. I would definitely recommend staying here if in Paris!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos and actually feels bigger, with high ceilings and top-of-the line luxe finishes that feel substantial. Siemens induction stove, Bosch washer/dryer, an extremely strong hot shower. Great sound insulation. Sofa bed is queen sized. Master bedroom is roomy and bed is comfy. Its location is perfect for those who want to be close enough to the action but still on a quiet side street with no street noise whatsoever. Excellent groceries, bakeries, and coffee shops within 5 minutes walk. All the atmospheric. restaurants on narrow winding streets in Latin Quarter also just around the corner. An added bonus is the fact that a very easy to use luggage storage service called City Locker is literally next door. Only caveats: 3rd floor with no lift. The shower often got water on the bathroom floor as the door is not fully enclosed. The washer dryer took a few tries to figure out - an easy how-to guide especially explaining the levels of dryness would go a long way to help out North Americans used to having bone dry clothes out of their dryers. Would have appreciated a few more coffee pods - somehow we ended up with mostly decaf ones. Overall, 5 star. Would recommend and would book again in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful location and beautiful rooms. Enjoyed all the space and having a washer dryer-only drawback was the shower was leaking out onto the floor every time we would use it. Otherwise, it would’ve received five stars.

Really slow or clogged drains, difficult to figure out where the main light switch was to allow all the lights to work. The video instructions showed a panel upstairs and our unit had it in the main entry. We tried calling and sending notes via what’s app to ask, but did not receive a response. Also, the maintenance team came in unannounced several times while we were there which was a bit startling. No soap in the small bathroom. Other than that, it’s a beautiful place in a great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location lots of space for a place in Paris. Beds were comfortable plenty of pillows provided. The entranceway and stairs are very old and do smell old. The biggest issue is in the shower which gets water everywhere and there aren’t enough towels but otherwise would recommend this as a place to stay in central Paris

Less Star for Communication - It was hard to find the apartment as the door number is missing on the building. The building code was NOT provided even though we had checked in online. Luckliy the caretaker was there at the same time and let us in. After that the communication on Whatsapp was good. The team was responsive and tried to be helpful. Even though we stayed for 4 nts.. Not enough coffee pods, cream and sugar was provided. The request was taken on Whatsapp but not provided on time. So plan for this . The apartment was modern and good furnishings.. Watchout for the washer /dryer.. It may not dry on time , so dont put before you plan to leave. Nice cafes and boulagaris nearby.. Korean coffee places if u fancy as well Its closer to Notredam.. but around 15 min walk to Metro. Overall would recommend..

Nice appartment, very close to Notre Dame cathedral. I missed an elevator, so had to climb the stairs with luggage. At the entrance mouldy smell because of mould on cupboards. No staff present, didn't like digital check-in.

Booking this room was quite easy online through Hotels.com, but lots of key info was missing at booking. For instance, even with a one week stay, no maid service at all was included, not even clean towel replacement or additional shampoo. I did not know until I was struggling to figure out how to check-in early that communications would be from multiple entities and multiple modes (texts, WhatsApp, and messages through the hotels.com site). It was hard to get a response or know where to find a response. This property is part of Quartere Libre collection which has several buildings in Paris. No restaurant, elevator or desk onsite here, but other buildings do. I wanted to know at booking what floor would be walking up to, but I couldn't find out. Fortunately we were on the 3 level, and not higher. Very large apartment with full kitchen in new condition.

A short stay here would be fine. The location and layout of the apartment is good, and there is plenty of storage for your clothes. Unfortunately, apartment 301 had a broken towel bar heater for our entire 2 week stay, which resulted in a very damp bathroom with no heat. Used towels never dried and even the fresh towels provided by housekeeping ended up feeling cold and damp. The blinking error light from the heater unit was very bright at night and the bathroom fan constantly turned itself on and off. The staff was polite, but too much vacation time was spent trying to get an acknowledgement and resolution to the broken heater (finally informed that a replacement was on order but would not be available during our stay). It would have been far better if we’d been told upfront that the heater didn’t work so that we didn’t spend time trying to figure out why it didn’t work. Also, never found a store that carried the correct coffee pods and ended up buying a Coffee Press to have coffee during our stay. This apartment would have been very good if the equipment was in working order and they left more supplies, but two weeks in late October with wet towels was not fun.

I booked this hotel for the location, space, and amenities. The ad on hotels.com has a picture of a rooftop patio which was very nice. But it does not exist. The hotel was on the first floor with no open patio. In fact, the patio was eclosed and other floors have view to it and their bathroom windows open to this patio. The bathroom sink drain was very very slow and no one came to fix it. The shower does not have any curtains, so after a normal shower the floor is flooded. The service for your room is 60 euros each time which is not mentioned earlier. And you have to tell them one day in advance. There is no one answering you 24/7. It takes few hours to hear back from them. Overall we won't com back there.

The code would not open the door. It took some time to get a hold of anyone. It's a remotely managed aparthotel. Once we reached someone, they opened a key tray downstairs so we could open the room with key. Once that problem was fixed, we hoped that the rest of the stay would be pleasant. That was short lived as we discovered full trash can under sink. We kept finding more problems. The sofa was unusable. The cushion kept sliding off. They acknowledged that it had a problem and would be fixed. It was never fixed. There were couple lights that didn't work so had to move the table towards other side of room to have good lighting. The door code problem was worked on the next day but they could not fix it immediately. It took 3 days to fix. The living room air conditioner controller was broken. The bathroom towel bar heater controller did not work. The next day they returned and replaced the towel bar heater with a new one. On that day they also replaced the lightbulb in two ceiling lights that did not work. As bad as all these problems were, we didn't realize until they came on the 4th day to install a smoke detector. We hadn't even known that the place didn't have a detector until they showed up to install one. It's illegal to rent rooms without a working smoke detector. For all the problems, they offered free cleaning. I proposed a partial refund instead. They never responded. The hotel was one headache after another. There was homeless on street near entrance.
