This hotel has very basic facilities, including the very dark rooms. The majority of the personnel were very friendly, especially the receptionist, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Bar and restaurant atmosphere is very lacking.

The room looks not new but still clean with good cleanliness and an amazing balcony. The pool is also available for dinner with a good menu and a decent house wine. It costs 24 euros to prepare a 3 course. The employees were so pleasant. The location is good, next to the slopes.

This place is very suitable for us. This hotel also has a great location, we encountered a problem with our room and the water, but Matt handled it very well and even thought there was a mistake. The whole weekend was very satisfactory. I hope to return.

On a ski vacation with friends, I spent three nights all inclusive. A nice, spotless hotel with decent rooms with comfy mattresses. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel's excellent cuisine was its most distinctive aspect, with an abundance of options. Furthermore, a good selection of beverages, including Kronenburg's excellent all-inclusive wine. The ski lifts were easily accessible from the hotel because the hotel's location was in the heart of the resort. All levels could ski and snowboard at the wonderful resort. I had a great time while I was here. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget ski vacation.
