I knew about the pizzeria from an earlier visit to tblisi, but this was my first stay at a hotel for a 1, 5 weeks business trip. Some of the staff speak good German and all are very friendly and helpful. It's not a deluxe stay, but it's fine. The towels will be changed every day. In the pizzeria for breakfast there is a small buffet. We have encountered some problems with the plan, it doesn't work very well. You don't have to leave the hotel every day, but you must ring at the door to open it. I missed a small lamp on the bedside table, it was only the ceiling lamp.

This is a beautiful hotel in a central tblisi rustaveli region that is close to the metro and the sights. Although the shower curtain in the bathroom was a little jarring, the room we stayed in was extremely clean and had reliable hot water. The hotel also has a restaurant and beer garden with pizza and pasta as well as some georgian dishes. However, the way bookings are handled seems to crumble. We remained for a night during our stay in Georgia and chose to book again a week later. When we got back to tblisi the next week, we made our way back to the hotel, ready for a shower and a sitdown, but we were told our room had a technical issue and we had to go to a different hotel. In fairness, the receptionist did call the other hotel for us to settle this out but I was disappointed that, having booked the room in person a week earlier, our booking wasnt prioritized over later ones. When we booked, there appeared to be several free rooms available for that night, and because we were only staying one night, I suspect we were bumped in favor of more lucrative guests. For our morning flight, we utilized their airport taxi service. If you're staying somewhere, Id strongly advise using this service.

It may be difficult to find some place to visit when arriving here because the hotel price isn't worth what you got. Be careful when booking a taxi through the hotel because they charge a lot more than normal taxis. The place is a bit far from most sights.
