Nun ja, wir waren schon oft in dem Hotel, aber diesmal fand ich das Zimmer echt renovierungsbedürftig. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und das Bild war mit streifen durchzogen. Das Radio im Fernseher funktionierte! Das Badezimmer mit Dusch-Badewanne, der Spritzschutz auf der Wanne bitte alles renovieren!!

Goed gelegen tov München met prima openbaar vervoer. Spijtig genoeg geen temperatuursregeling of airco, kamer was zeer warm tegen de avond. Gelukkig kon de terrasdeur volledig open gezet worden om voor enige afkoeling te zorgen.

Service (check-in, check-out, breakfast and HK) highly disappointing. Had several issues during the stay. They can't be coincidences if so many. Amount paid for 3 nights: 720€. Bauma fair or not, I do nor recommend this "hotel". Fyi I spend at least 40 nights in hotels (any type) per year.

What I did not like was that there was no access to a water kettle in the room where we could make our own coffee. When I asked to borrow a kettle for the room - I was told that I would be charged 10 euros a day for the kettle. They did not even grant me access to boiling water from their accompanying restaurant. They should put in a little more effort to make a guest's stay a bit more comfortable in a reasonable fashion.
