The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and is only ten minutes from marienplatz. The rooms are reasonably priced. There are nice cafes nearby, and the neighborhood is safe and relatively quiet at night. Everything was done with the hotels website and terminal, making checking in and out simple and convenient. Although i didnt interact with them much, any interaction ive had was enjoyable. All of the amenities in the room were in good condition and comfortable. While some tv channels occasionally experienced glitches, if u dont care about a ph, it wasnt terribly concerned about the telco channel. Most importantly, the bed, shower, toilet, etc. Are all spotless. Would suggest staying here.

I recently stayed at the hotel atrium and had a great time overall. The rooms were very comfortable, the central train station was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. However, there are some minor drawbacks to the surrounding area that make the hotels surroundings unappealing, with dozens of homeless individuals. This can make it teasy to walk to this place. Since they are so peaceful, i would suggest booking if your room has windows that face the courtyard. Overall, hotel aritz offers utmost comfort, proximity to central railway station is convenient.

Comfortable prices for a very comfortable and pleasant stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Me and my girlfriend noticed that the breakfast was rich and delicious. Something we really appreciated. Bar is worth if you are tired after snoozing after long day in munich. 400 meters from hbf, absolute comfort. No need to worry about transportation.

Even though the hotel is conveniently located close to the central station and the city center, the location is typical of a rural environment where you don't feel very secure. The hotel is tidy and works, but when I made my reservation, I asked for a garden view and bay view more, which I found to be lacking. Unfortunately, at the chick-in, I discovered that the view of the garage was not actually a garden, rather, it was a garden. We were very worn out and our stay was very short, so it was very late to change rooms. The chick-in and chick-out process was very easy, and the hotel reservation was very competent. When I contacted them asking to confirm my reservation and ask for cash payment upon arrival, they concur, and I had a problem confirming my stay with a credit card when I contacted them, they agreed.

I flew into munich yesterday and spent the night here. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and close to the action. It takes around 15 minutes to walk there. Both the breakfast and the room were quite cozy. Being from australia and not familiar with much about munchen, the personnel were really helpful. I would definitely stay here if i had the chance to return to germany.

The atrium position is good, close to the central station. It is located in a middle east district, with a number of middle eastern restaurants and other businesses that seem a bit outdated and unkempt. We had never felt unsafe, despite the fact that it was perfectly fine. A wonderful supermarket that opens at a certain hour is located about the corner from the hotel. We had to take a room on the 1 st floor at this hotel because we were assigned an ith floor. The stairs are only on the 1 st floor, not the two levels. The difficulty of getting our luggage up the stairs was difficult. In addition, we received no notice of this upon checkin. There was a bulk head across the ceiling over the bed in our room, like a staircase across the ceiling. One could easily hit their head. We never, on every travels, ever encountered a room like the one we had. Apart from this oddity, the room was fine even though not particularly spacious, and the bathroom was little yet useful. I complained about our room after the first night, stayed for three nights before being told that the issue would be escalated to the manager, who would undoubtedly contact us the next morning. She never made a call. I complained about our room at check out, to the uninformed clerk. He was uninterested at all. In reality,

The rooms were immaculate when we arrived. During breakfast, the staff was attentive and polite. Their coffee maker produced excellent coffee, and the breakfast had a wonderful flavor. Although not in the best area of town, this location isnt ideal. I had no trouble moving around at night though. Overall, it was incredibly pleasant experience, so if i went back to musseldorf, ill most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall, a nice spot to stay and see Munich for a few nights. Also very reasonably priced compared to some of the other hotels in the area. The hotel is conveniently located with access to the central station and the major pedestrianized areas of Munich. The hotel is in the Burhnhofsviertel, which has a significant Turkish and Arab population. There is no parking onsite, and some parking lots are nicer than others. We parked our rental in the Sonnhof garage on Landwehrstrae, which is about a few minutes walk from the hotel. It also seemed a little more pleasant than some of the other car parks nearby and are all very similar in price. The room was wellappointed, and the bathroom was incredibly spacious. Everything was very clean and fully functional. The oddly rough flooring appears like carpet but rather like a lino trying to be carpet, is the only weird thing. The hotel bar was also nicely stocked, and the bartender was a really nice guy. When all of the other guests are working on their powerpoint, you are quickly reminded that this is more of a business hotel.
