Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal da und waren wieder sehr zufrieden! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Tolle und saubere Unterkunft mit viel Platz, sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplätze in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders die Rollläden sind gold wert, wenn man mit einem Kleinkind unterwegs ist.

Our hotel room was a short walk from the check in desk/restaurant. The room was on the third floor and was spacious had private bath and shower. Check out was easy enough we were told to just leave the key in the room when we leave. The bus direct to phantasialand was a few minutes walk from the hotel and directly in front of the train station.

Stayed in Bruhl for football in Cologne. Staff were friendly and even went with my friend to show him where to park the car. Good value for a very spacious apartment.

Good place for a nightstop. For instance, for a city trip to Köln. Also Brühl is(surprisingly) worth visiting for a weekend.

Das Hotelzimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen . Es war groß und sehr sauber . Es gab auch eine Pantryküche und ein großes Bad . Das Zimmer befand sich im 2. Stock und es gab einen Aufzug . Ich war sehr zufrieden. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist , muß schauen , ob er einen Parkplatz in Hotelnähe bekommt , da das Hotel selbst nur über wenige Privatparkplätze verfügt.

Tolles Zimmer gewesen mit kleinem Balkon. Durch die Zentrale Lage hat man so viele möglichkeiten essen zu gehen oder abends ne Stadt runde zu drehen. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es gerade einmal 11 Minuten langsamer Fußmarsch. War ein toller Aufenthalt!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Balthasar Neumann. They worked with us to address an issue with our ability to check in during the standard hours. The family rooms that we had were wonderfully large and comfortable -- I actually regret not having more time in the room! The area around the hotel has many pedestrian-focused streets and available cafes etc. The station is about a 15 minute from the station without luggage -- allow a little longer if you are pulling bags along the brick sidewalks and roads.
