The staff were really accommodating and kind, and I really enjoy the atmosphere here. They also have simple facilities, which are run by girls, and make us feel welcomed and very comfortable. They also put the soundproofing in the room, the noise was very relaxing, and it's a bit noisy. Definitely, I would be back, if you come here.

All the main attractions are within walking distance of this hotel, and it is in a great location. I would definitely stay here again if I went to Um before going into the details. We were fortunate enough to be able to use a parking permit to park on the street upon arrival, and hotel parking is also affordable. The hotel is stunning from the outside, as are most of the buildings in this quarter. We remained in the relays structure, a part of the hotel complex. As soon as you enter the structure, you step back in time, and the way it viewed us were nice, leaving us standing there open mouths in the room. Even though the view from the windows wasn't amazing, the room itself more than compensated for this. The hotel prides itself on being a no-smoking establishment, and visitors are informed on signs that they can only smoke at the entrance why do they offer an ashtray on the balcony? As we settled in, we discovered that the space was in desperate need of love and attention due to broken tiles in the bathroom, electrical outlets hanging off the walls, shower handles that weren't properly fitted, and most importantly, the sofa is very shabby see pictures One more drawback was the lack of hand sanitizer in has relays Allthough upon closer examination, the room definitely needs a bit of attention, but this does not out

The location is nice, and the place is quiet. I travelled here for work, but there is no room in the city center due to a big conference. The breakfast is also very good. There is no lift. Small room. So highly recommended!.

When I made the reservation, I wasn't aware that the half-tampered structure I thought was on the website was actually hotel relays, not hotel am Rathaus. I wasn't aware that these were two distinct hotel structures. Most of the images are of hotel relays. Even the image above has a hotel relay, but the hotel name is a rathaus. Very unsettling. Anyway, the hotel am rathaus is linked to a pizza placebo and can be quite noisy at night. Due to the noise, we were unable to open our windows in the evening, so our room was rather crowded. Request a room with a view of the back. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options. We stayed for four nights, and it would have been nice to have some more daily breakfast options. The hotel is spotless and in a fantastic position. Parking is available on a first-comer basis.

This tiny hotel is owned, managed, and run by lovely women. It's near the monster, and the room is very well decorated and large. Breakfast is traditional in the area, and the entire staff is very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay if you visit a beautiful town with a monster. It starts out as a big, ungainly building, but there are many more things to it, such as impressive bells, lifelike stonework, and an intriguing tower to climb.
