How delightful it is to have your own beer brewed in your eatery's cellar. Everything is located in the city center and only a few steps from the main train station. Just the tiny details. When we checked in, confirmation of our reservation wasn't given, there were no coat hangers in the room, and the screen was placed about 2, 20 meters above the floor. The viewing was impossible because the screen was facing the ceiling. We had the impression that the corporate design was taken more seriously than the daily hotel service. It is a shame because the Brüderherz hotel and restaurant is such a lovely location.

The hotel is close to the main station and the center with walks. The receptionist is quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be ordered a day in advance if you like.

We booked the room a year before our arrival due to the Nürnberg Christmas Market but we were there for other reasons, not the market. We thought the price was correct it was 67 euros per night, according to the website and by phone, and we booked without breakfast. When we arrived, the receptionist was friendly and explained that we should pay for the room now, and tomorrow there will be a buffet breakfast of 10 euros per person that we can book now or tomorrow. So far so good, we paid for the room. When we returned at night, the room was fine. Everything was clean and all you needed for the night was there. We went to sleep until around midnight the room was vibrating. We woke up, there was music in the room and the bed vibrates. Earplugs are not helpful for vibration! That happened until maybe before dawn. So there was no chance of sleeping. We were keen to have a cup of coffee in the morning, and decided to go to the buffet breakfast. We asked the receptionist about it, and she said we could not have taken it because we had already paid the room! We could go downstairs and purchase the standard breakfast from the menu card. So we packed our stuff and went to the hotel. We complained to the hotel management about the room situation! They told us they knew the situation but they would not give us the price reducing because they told us that the price that we

Although the room was clean, there was no closet or dresser. There were only two hangers, but if we asked for more, it was readily available. We opened the window to enjoy some cool air because the room was quite hot at night, but since our room was over the outside smoking area, that wasn't very effective. Overall, our visit was wonderful.
