We just went to the pool and pool restaurant with some friends. The cost is 18, per person for 3 hours, which we thought was very expensive. In 3 hours we had a lot of fun and ate something too. There were about 6 different slides, a large indoor pool area, an outdoor pool area and a water play area for children. We recommend this for both families and friends.

As regular travelers to center areas, it's always fascinating to see what each part has to offer, and hochsauerland certainly has some surprises. The center itself has the usual suspects in terms of restaurants and the usual, slightly high prices. Your best bet is to snack in the center, but there are plenty of good restaurants close by that are easily accessible. The swimming pool is good and has many slides, pools, hot tubs, etc, but is in a German center area. no rapids! The pool appears to have recently returned, and I must say it looked great. The wristband is a fantastic introduction, eliminating the need to carry loose change with you to the pool for lockers. We didn't explore the area as normally, but what we did see was clean and in good condition. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and perhaps for the first time ever, I would suggest people check out the information on what's in the area particularly useful for small scale local maps. The inner layout of the hotel is somewhat unusual, like the squash court next to the supercars, but I think it encourages exploration, but we did have a few if issues. The addition of a bridge to the center appears a useless addition, only taking away from the entrance. My partner discovered cockroaches in one of the bathrooms in the center, which was a surprise given how clean everything appeared

The cottages are roomy, spotless, and modern. The park itself is easy to stroll around, and the playground up the hill is fantastic, and it was the best I have ever seen, so my three children aged 9, 7, and two enjoyed it for hours. The level of English is mixed, similar to the food at restaurants, so I suggest going to Medevac to visit a supermarket or local restaurant. Winterberg is 20 minutes away and well worth a visit.

All chalets have just been renovated to very high standards, with the exception of the kitchenette with an ovenmicrowave, dish washer, and bathrooms downstairs and downstairs. Great pool, all slides are good and new slide for riding rubber rings. excellent bowling and good restaurants. All you can eat and drink, including beers and wine, in the buffet restaurant. Ski resorts are conveniently situated. We went on a halfterm holiday in February, which coincides with a halfterm in Dutch, but not in German. Most people ski as we did this time of year, so it is better to have centre part facilities not to be overbooked. The right amount of people to not be swamped but no queues. We used the onsite store a few times, which wasnt too costly, and the 5-minute drive into town to an Andi supermarket which was very good value. The staff was somewhat hitchhiked and none of them spoke English, but they were all friendly and not a problem. On the first day, there was no hot water, but everything was quickly resolved. We took the overnight ferry to Hook of Holland, which arrives at around 4 am, so good head start for a 4. Khr drive. There was a nice outdoor playground on our way home, but we didnt have time to use it. On our visit, we were a little bit unlucky with snow,

I enjoyed my visit, but I would greatly appreciate it with some people who really care about their customers. I don't think it's a bad place to stay, but it needs some improvement. 1) The vip footage is really nice, so it's really a shame we came it wasn't 100 clean. 3 The view is amazing special in section 5 maybe a bit of green in point of view. 4 the most treating and annoying thing is only three of the staff speak English. The rest do not even try to understand you or help you. All posters or documents you get are in German. So if you have questions it's extremely difficult to receive an answer. There is also no hello or goodbye in the stores, and you don't even hope for a smile.
