CityPark Hotel

The city of Cologne introduced a city tax which is applicable to leisure travelers arriving to the city (business travelers are excluded). The city tax rate is 5% of the total booking amount and must be paid directly at the hotel.
The standard Check-In time is from 3 to 8 pm. Guests arriving at any other time are kindly requested to contact the hotel in advance and indicate their estimated time of arrival. The hotel will then provide check-in information. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
