Guests are kindly asked to call the property 15 minutes prior to arrival.Please note that the entrance to the apartments is located on Ritterstraße, around the corner of Schlossstraße 27.Public parking spaces are located at Steindamm/Schlossstraße, 30 metres from the property. It is free of charge from 18:00 to 8:00. During the day, you can park there for 2 hours using a parking disk.Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 5 EUR per person or bring their own.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
