The location of this hotel was close to the old salt works and was on the riverside. The closest turkish eatery was the best meal in the area. In many of the German cities we visited, we acquired a love for Turkish cuisine. The Thomaskirche and Bach museum were visited on the hotle, which took only 12 miles and was accessible by foot. There is also a train that goes to leipzig, but we were unable to find sufficient parking at the station or find the schedule. Because English speakers in this part of Germany are not very well accustomed to, it's best to learn phase book German to get by.

We have had dinner here several times. Service is always good and friendly, and there are lots of choices, despite the core culture being traditional German dishes. They have great huge ice cream portions and reasonably priced good wine. The setting is a cozy and friendly atmosphere, forgetting the restaurant is a part of a hotel. Many locals go here regularly, the prices are fair.

This place is perfect for a stopover at Saxons. Friendly staff, a good location near a river park and we enjoyed a morning walk before leaving. Everything is well maintained. Rooms are not big but adequate and nice. I will stay here again at the next opportunity.

We will return to this hotel. Superb, clean hotel with small size and beautiful cleanliness. The beds are also big. German traditional cuisine has a great taste and value. They served good beer and so on.
