Das Zimmer war super! Alles sauber, tolle Lage und freundliches Personal! Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, allerdings informierte man uns vor der Ankunft leider nicht darüber, dass die Zufahrt zum Parkhaus aufgrund des Weihnachtsmarktes gesperrt war. Wir mussten leider in einem anderen Parkhaus parken.

Für uns mit der Bahn Anreisende war die Lage ideal. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, es gibt wohl auch einen Parkplatz oder eine Tiefgarage. Das kleine Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einem Platz mit Verkaufsständen des Weihnachtsmarktes. Unser Zimmer war in einen Innenhof ausgerichtet und deswegen sehr ruhig. Am Frühstücksbuffet gab es alles, was wir brauchen. Es wurde ständig vom sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal aufgefüllt. Nur das Teewasser war nicht heiß genug. An der Maschine steht 90 Grad und das ist für schwarzen Tee 10 Grad zu kalt. An dem Tee hatten wir keine Freude. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Auschecken an der Rezeption sicher für einige Stunden abstellen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great hotel, Christmas markets on your doorstep. Yet our room (402) was very quiet. Room was spacious and bed large, very comfortable pillows. We slept well during our stay. I'm pregnant and requested an extra pillow to support my back, this was provided without hesitation. The hotel bar looked nice, but we didn't use this facility. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was beautifully furnished. Olivia was extremely helpful. While hotel has parking, it's very difficult to get to it because you have enter a very busy pedestrian zone. A better description of the parking is needed so there are no surprises.
