Schneller Check-in mit Upgrade auf Doppelzimmer. Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und zweckmäßig, sehr sauber. Sehr freundlicher Service.

Mijn man ging voor een risicovolle operatie naar Helios Klinikum, dat op loopafstand van het hotel ligt. Ons verblijf was variabel qua dagen; afhankelijk van het herstel van mijn man. Het was geen enkel probleem om per dag te verlengen. Ik kreeg alle steun, medeleven, begrip en een luisterend oor van het zeer aardige, lieve, personeel. De kamers, eerst een 2-persoons en daarna een 1-persoons, waren keurig. Goed, nieuw, sanitair en geriefelijke bedden plus een goed ontbijt. Behalve de geslaagde operatie natuurlijk is het verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Hat nach tel. Kontakt sogar auf mich gewartet. Gute Infos zur Gastronomie in der Umgebung. Zimmer war leise und OK. Ist sehr nahe beim HBF. Allerdings ist dadurch die Umgebung dementsprechend gefühlt unsicher. War aber kein Problem.

Die Bewirtung ist hervorzuheben. Sehr sehr nett, interessiert und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen gute Auskünfte und es war angenehem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und schmackhaft. Die Umgebung vor dem Hotel ist leider unübersehbar, (weil BHF) besetzt von vielen Dealern und Drogenabhängigen. Zur Zeit ist direkt vor dem BHF eine riesige Baustelle.

De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk. We waren een half uur voor inchecktijd al bij het hotel, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. We mochten onze motor gratis in de overdekte garage parkeren. Het ontbijt was lekker. Enige minpuntje waren de afvoerpijpen van nabij gelegen restaurants waardoor er de hele tijd een vage etenslucht in onze kamer hing.

Super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were fine though not made up during our stay, just new towels. Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.

Alles zit erin wat je nodig hebt voor een paar dagen. Ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Geluid aan straatkant erg gehorig. Douchekraan werd snel of te heet of te koud. Pluspunt: probleem met bed werd door manager snel opgelost en gratis ontbijt geboden! Goede service!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der City und unser Auto konnten wir in der HausTiefgarage stellen. DIe Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Direkt neben dem Krefelder Hauptbahnhof, also leicht zu finden. Der Zugang hingegen ist komplizierter. Alle Türen sind verschlossen, im selben Eingang ist die Stadtverwaltung, der Korridor im Erdgeschoß ist nicht einladend. Zimmer ok, aber die Dusche aus den 70ern. Sauberkeit gut.

Das Zimmer war tiptop sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Dafür Daumen hoch! Aber: Gefühlt fuhr die Straßenbahn "quasi durch das Zimmer", zumindest hörte es sich so an. An Schlaf war z.T. nicht zu denken. Ein weiterer etwas unschöner Punkt: Der Zugang zur Tiefgarage war etwas umständlich.
