The property was very interesting, however when I had trouble getting my key out of the lockbox the staff and customer service was amazing. I called, they not only answered to help me but also sent a text immediately for instructions if I forgot anything. My space was clean and very well maintained/organized. Maybe they struggled in their past but as far as I’m concerned they proved otherwise for me. A magnificent and very inexpensive place to stay for holiday.

Everything was good. I had a good experience here. Some recommendations are: it would be much better to have lift. Painting on staircase are scary as hell. At the middle of the night if someone sees while holding his/her luggage they gonna fear out. Should be changed. Overall it is good and instructions are easy and clearly conveyed.

Am Anfang war ich erstmal besorgt, weil das Hotel ziemlich negativ bewertet wurde von anderen. Aber ich wurde positiv überrascht und das Hotelzimmer war unerwartet sauber und für 4 Nächte absolut ausreichend und angenehm gewesen. Es gab sogar ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, was bei Hitze ein Lebensretter war. Allerdings funktionierte der Fernseher nicht bzw. war die Software nicht konfiguriert und auch der Ventilator funktionierte nicht, leider. Und es waren zu wenig Steckdosen vorhanden bzw. waren die an Stellen, die sehr unpraktisch wahren. Was auch nervig war: es gibt keinen ordentlichen Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, zum Einkaufen muss man schon erstmal bisschen weiter weg vom Hotel. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. So an sich war das gebuchte Zimmer auf jeden Fall angenehmer als auch auf der Seite beschrieben, was einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist halt typische Ruhrpott, damit muss man klar kommen, wobei ich das aktiv gar nicht so wirklich wahrgenommen hatte. Dafür, dass die Lage sehr nah am Hbf ist, war's unerwartet ruhig, im Verhältnis gesehen. — Gebucht hatte ich das Hotel für die Dokomi in Düsseldorf, da war ich eh nur zum Übernachten in der Unterkunft und dafür hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt. Die Zimmerkosten waren auch absolut fair für 2 Personen und 4 Nächte am Dokomi-Wochenende. Ich kann's empfehlen für alle, die eine Unterkunft rein nur für Übernachtungszwecke brauchen.

Das Schlüsselfach beim nicht persönlichen Check-In hat geklemmt. Dass man gegen 08:30 nicht persönlich auschecken kann, finde ich schade. Aber die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, perfekt gelegen und gemütlich und neu eingerichtet.

Das Hotel lag direkt in der City einpaar gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Ich hatte eine Einzelzimmer aber die Toiletten umd Duschen waren ausserhalb von dem Zimmer. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter. Die kommunikation ging schnell und unkompliziert über email.

Billig hotell som holder det det lover. Vi så aldri noen personer i resepsjonen, derfor er det vanskelig å vurdere service. Men rommet ble gjort rent fra første til andre natt. Helt ok hotell dersom pris og beliggenhet spiller noen rolle.

Wenn die Matratze ausgetauscht würde, ansonsten keine hohen Ansprüche vorliegen, dann geht es für 1 Nacht in der wohl günstigen Preisklasse unweit vom Hauptbahnhof.

Nahe Hauptbahnhof und ÖPNV, der Check-In verlief sehr schnell und Personal war freundlich. Dafür, obwohl es sich um ein Nichtraucherhotel handelt und auf Zuwiderhandlung mit Übernahme der Kosten hingwiesen wird, roch das ganze Haus nach Qualm. Insbesondere das Zimmer roch nach jahrealtem Nikotin und wies Spuren auf, dass Zigaretten auf Ablsgen und Fernbedienung abgelegt wurden (Angebrannt/angeschmolzen). Selbst ausgiebiges Lüften blieb erfolglos
