Not good enough. The employee here is unprofessional. She was trying to explain where our room was, her elderly lady kept eating and smoking, and all the staff didn't speak German. The hotel's location is excellent if you can find parking nearby or take the train to the kiln 5 mins walk from the cathedral. They didn't provide an elevator, but we had to move by 4 floors. After that, the cleanliness of the room was awesome.

The smells like an ashtray. The air was suffocating. The beds was 2 very small twin beds together that keep separating as we slept. No room service . No wifi provided. No stuff at night. Electric outlets were sparking when you plug a charger. Shower head broken ....😡😠😠
