Our room was on the top floor with places where it was easy to hit your head but it was rather large and had a porch from which we could see the lake and mountains were also visible, but the haze during our visit prevented that. We discovered that the shower would only provide cold water on the evening of our arrival. I was also unable to log on to the internet even though there was a strong signal in our room. We complained about both of them, but we were informed that nobody was available to fix them and that they might be repaired tomorrow. The next day, while we were out, someone repaired the shower, but no help was available on the computer. Finally, I guess the solution to the computer problem even though my computer had chrome as the default browser, the first login message came to internet Explorer. Once that was resolved, the internet worked fine.

I stayed here for the last weekend with my husband. The room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Nothing missing. Check out was easy and fast. Very friendly staff. Strategic position near the lake. Breakfast appears to be worth it fortunately we did not choose breakfast, but next time maybe try never cafe and pastry shop.

We would stay at this hotel again and we have it with us. Close to the lake, ferry boats, and the river. The view was nice and the breakfast was generous and fresh. The service of the restaurant was also very friendly.

This hotel has a great location, near the boat docks. They will help us when we need help finding German words. The staff is very friendly and the people in front of us are very friendly.
