The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. Although the room wasnt ready until 16.00, which was a minor letdown, the checkin time was 15.00. The rooms are outdated, but the hotel will soon undergo renovations.

My most recent stay at the hotel regency cologne was a comprehensive experience, earning i rated it 4 out of 5. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing utmost comfort, and the room maintained sanitized in pristine condition. The hotel exudes opulence, although it is evident that the decor is old. Hyatt regencies clemensis large layout with ample living and bathroom space was what truly distinguished it from others. However, my experience with housekeeping was inconsistent, particularly with the replacement of amenities. Bathroom amenities were overlooked in some instances, leaving them unrepleted. Additionally, the varied packaging styles over several days created unforeseen confusion. Despite these contradictions, all the positive aspects of the stay, including the hotels prime location with its stunning view, comfortable bed, ample space, excellent staff, contribute to achieving etiquette.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The bathroom could have been better, but they need to be renovated, which they do need for the price. Extremely comfortable bed and breakfast was great! Breakfast was served in the glass room overlooking the dome and the river. A wonderful experience.

One of the best hotels ive ever stayed in! I visited almost 10 years ago and will stay again when im in cologne. The view from your room overlooks the bridge, river, and cathedral of cleologne is breathtaking. Perfect breakfast with a wide variety of food, beverages, cheese, bread, pastry. While you eat your breakfast, they clean your accommodation. Amazing. Very short distance from the city center. Kind staff. Nice bar and food bar. Thank you for ensuring i had tastiest stays.

The hotel is good, the location is strategic, and the staff is friendly. The view of the koln cathedral is beautiful. It is worth the price and quality. City center is only a few minutes walk away. I recommend this hotel. We stayed there for one night but will come back for our next visit.

The location is right on the rhine river and makes for beautiful morning walks over the bridge to the cathedral, train station, and christmas markets! Our room was very hot and an engineer came very quickly to fix it for us. Great and helpful staff all around!.

The location of this hotel is just across the bridge from the dom. Its comfortable, clean, and welcoming. But it needs some updating, which i am happy to see will soon happen. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of meats, cheeses breads and danish bakery goods. Also, there is an omelet station and hot meat section. I highly recommend it for short stays or conference meetings.

This place is truly remarkable. The cleanliness, the exceptional staff, room service, and breakfast of high quality are all topnotch. Additionally, they offer excellent parking and a prime location. However, i have asthma and require accomodation with open windows. They promptly resolved this issue for us. In essence, you get what you pay for.

The hotel at the hyatt regency cologne is located in the heart of coln, germany. I recently spent a short trip for both business and pleasure here with my partner. He was attending he had the opportunity to attend i am sharing on behalf of both of us when ive written that im so happy we stayed here. Given that the conference location was right in front of the hotel, it was quite convenient for him to be here to speak and have meetings. For me, the location wasnt ideal - the motel is situated in secluded area on the river Rhine, across from the train station and across the street from coviddom. It should be noted that this location offers breathtaking views of either the cathedral and the rivers. To explore koln all lacked to do was cross the hohenzollern bridge every day. Although there are several restaurants right on hotels campus, getting into the city is quite simple. The staff here were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and kind. We had

We stayed at the hayat regency for 5 days while on a family christmas trip to cologne. Its fair to say that it made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent. There was an amazing view of the river and the cathedral from the restaurant. Rooms were large and clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Although it is pricier, you save countless hours and mine for transportation because of its fantastic location.

The hotel offers spacious rooms, conveniently located just across the bridge from the city center and the cathedral area. The housekeeping service provided is exceptional. Although the mattress was a bit squishy, it was still comfortable enough to sleep on. Additionally, the showers water pressure was excellent.

This summer location is ideal for those looking for a stylish summer getaway with breathtaking views of the famous and large bridge and cathedral. The rooms are spacious, the service is topnotch, and the breakfast is delicious. Its easy to get to the attractions in the old town. Make sure you eat locally because it tastes good.

This hotel has a strategic location, close to the city via pedestrian bridge, but also good for river walks or to visit the arena. The rooms are very clean and modern. Food and breakfast buffet are really good and available until 11. The pool area is also nice, although it needs some updating.

The hotel is in a great location looking towards the cathedral. Its only ten minutes walk across the bridge and you are right in front of the church, old town, and railway station. The staff is excellent and the breakfast is very good. We had idly stay at the hyatt regency.

The room was large, but based on the models i saw in the lobby, the new versions would be great. The current version of the rooms is a little antiquated. Its location is unparalleled. Service was excellent. Superb views were also provided. Room service is available around the clock, however the menu is severely reduced after varying hours. In general, our panini was simply not good, yet given how hungry we were and the time it was ordered, it felt fantastic. However, during more regular hours, food was delicious. I tried curry wurst, which was different from the one ive used to but still quite tasty. My wife had veggie thai with vegetables, curry, and coconut rice. We also had french fries.
