We are traveling with a friend and chose a suite with 2 bedrooms, a large living room, and an enclosed winter balcony with commanding views of the main street. A wonderful location to stay with fun art all around you. The frog with binoculars looking out through the front door is beautiful, as is the framed stick figure, which claims to be the first work of infant Rembrandt Fun. Very friendly staff. I would have rated it as excellent, but the evening meal we had here was disappointing slightly overcooked schnitzel and greasy roti, but the fantastic service nearly made up for it. It should not be a factor in whether to stay here as bad hamburg is not short of restaurants and we may have caught them on a bad day.

I stayed here in July 2015. I'm happy. Modern hotel with attractive furnishings and plenty of room in the suit. The location of the hotel on the main pedestrian street is ideal. The rooftop terrace was ideal for drinks after dinner and family relaxation. My only suggestion for improvement is that some of the staff can be heavy. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a fantastic location that I intend to return and remain here again.
