Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bad Harzburg verbracht und waren sowohl vom Hotel als auch von der Kurstadt selbst positiv überrascht. Einzig schade war, dass das Hotelrestaurant und die Hotelbar abends geschlossen war. Dafür haben wir aber ein super Frühstück genossen und mit dem Glas Sekt am Morgen angestoßen. Lieben Dank auch nochmal an unseren tollen Kellner. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

I think my family of five stayed here in July 2015. A very modern hotel with nicely furnished suites. The hotel is conveniently located on the main pedestrian street. The rooftop terrace was great for drinks after dinner and family relaxation. My only suggestion for improvement is that some of the staff can be very strung. Other staff however were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place and hope to return and stay here again.

If you want to remain here, the accommodations are excellent. The people are extremely pleasant. The framed stick figure, claimed to be the first work of infant Rembrandt fun, and the frog with binoculars peering out the front door are both attractive. We had a suite that included two bedrooms, a sizable living area, and an enclosed winter balcony with stunning views of the main street while traveling with a companion. The frog with binoculars peeking out from the front door is attractive. Although the terrific service almost made up for the slightly overcooked Schnitzel and oily roti that we had here as dinner was a disappointment. We might have caught them on a bad day because hamburg is not short of places to eat, which shouldn't be a factor.
