I wasn't able to get a shuttle from the airport. My initial booking was confirmed and I responded with the itinerary, but I didn't get a reply until 5 minutes before I arrived at the hotel. I was quite disappointed by this, seeing that I responded 3 days before my arrival. In fairness I had sent the hotel itinerary by mistake, but if someone had replied in a timely manner this would've been resolved before I had to pay my own way from the airport to the hotel. My room was clean, the staff was great and quite helpful once communication was clear, (side note) a thorough and repeated explanation of your request is required so there's no issues. I didn't use or see a gym at this hotel, it seems like there was a bit of renovation happening. The internet was in and out at times and my phone in my room worked the first couple of days after I arrived then like the internet it stopped working. I lost water during one of my showers and I informed the front desk and they informed me that it was a water pressure issue, but after that night things were back to normal.

I make the reservation for 1room, 2 people. I still have to ask for a second bath towel. But thr front desk sends it immediately. Then I notice, mo bath mat. The ftomt desk people are lovely. But they need some instructions about the basic needs of a room for 2

I had a pleasant stay, the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly! Isaja, Isack, Ruth and Imannuel thank you for your kindness and making me feel at home. ✨🙌 The food was great, but the breakfast menu could do with some innovation. The pineapple juice was the highlight of my mornings and had wished to have it with my supper😢 The bathrooms next to the dining room could do with some proper cleaning. But overall I Loved my stay!💖

The property was ok. It had some cosmetic issues. The breakfast options was not great. I did encounter some issues with the first room i was giving but was able to move into another room. The room that I was moved to had some cosmetic issues aslo. The wifi in the room did not work and the staff did not try to fix it, after bring it to their attention. So the smart tv did not work nor was i able to use my phone. The wifi only worked in the lobby, which i sat for hours to makes phone calls and to watch tv. The place mentioned a swimming pool but I think it was not working at the time. I was not happy staying in a place for 4 days and not able to use the wifi to make calls or watch TV is not good.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Cockroaches, leaking toilet, no running water, locks don't work, staff non responsive. Need more? Let's go. 1. Wrote the hotel a month before staying asking for their address for visa help - no response. 2. Called multiple numbers asking about the shuttle from the airport - no answer. One responded to whatsapp and confirmed pick up. 3. Shuttle never arrived and I waited 1.5 hours - no answer when calling the hotel to ask about the shuttle. I took my own taxi. 4. Hotel has no spa, pool and many other ammeneties listed on the site. 5. Checked in and first room dirty sheets, plugs didn't work, bathroom handle fell off, no hangers or shelves. 6. Second room: orange / blood stained sheets, cockroaches dead on bathroom floor, toilet leaking from base flooding the bathroom, no running water in shower or sink. 7. Bathroom door latch didn't lock, room door did not latch completely either. I left after one night. Fought hotels.com for a week to get some sort of compensation and still did't get it all. Don't stay here please.
