The receptionist were very rude to me, even though I have a room that looks like a tv. When I arrive here, the attendant said that this is a bad experience. It happens because of the screaming of the kids. As a result, the room is full of screaming children. I will not come back to this hotel again.

This was our second stay in a neighborhood motel. Everything was perfect. Food is delicious and of high quality. The beach is great, large, and has deep, crystal-clear water. Every day the room was meticulously cleaned. The staff is fantastic. Thanks especially to Zoe and Gianni, the restaurant manager's manager, and the employees. During our last meal at the restaurant, Zoe and Gianni surprised us with a table with a wonderful sunset view. Mario is also very polite and always willing to assist. They are so kind and did their best to make us feel very comfortable and pleasant. We miss them greatly. Also, I'd like to thank the Hotel Reservation Manager, who made an effort to locate us a free room even though the hotel was fully booked. The whole staff is really nice and professional. The only thing that should be addressed by the hotel manager, I would advise is to divide the beach into two parts for couples and families with children. The beach is a little noisy all day long, with screaming kids. Additionally, the kids' animation is in front of the restaurant's stairs, and they run, scream, giving you the impression that you're in kindergarten. The beach and hotel area are large enough to be separated between guests taking a vacation to unwind and those who bring their noisy kids to run, scream, and cry

This hotel has everything. Very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. I strongly recommend it. Service was excellent. Absolutely 1010. I also want to give a special mention to the two twin girls who were very different from the other staff as they were extra polite and outshined everyone else in the service department.

We need a permanent air conditioner to cool down some things in some of the sunny rooms. The staff are very welcoming and discreet. This hotel is in a great position on Thassos Island. Its a good place but it is not overcrowded. The cuisine is great. The location is also great. There is no internet in some places, and there is an unsafe pool. There are also some old equipments in the room, but the room still looks corroded and the temperature in the rooms has reached 140 degrees Celsius.
