We had a great vacation, everything was just perfect. Thanks largely to penny and her attention to detail in all aspects of the vacation. Our suite was perfect, with great views. It was immaculate, spacious, and private. We stayed individually, the breakfast was first class and served in the most beautiful restaurant with a view of the volcano.

The positive sides are the stunning views from the balcony. A couple of nice lounge chairs and an umbrella are included in our room. The room cleaning service was thorough. Breakfast was provided in the room. However, it appears that you must request drinking water since they will not provide any with breakfast, but a bottle of water per day is included in the price of your room. The mattress isn't very good it's seen better days. It also warns against repeated sleeping on it. Ending up with low spots where you sleep, making it uncomfortable. The mini fridge is very noisy, as always, especially at night. At times, there is barely any water pressure, causing a weak shower.

This place won't let you down! The room was cute and clean. The location was ideal! The employee, Penny, was helpful in every way, from finding us a cork screw to scheduling tours! Vera was incredible. She not only kept our room amazingly clean, but she also gave us a wonderful breakfast every morning. One day we returned early and it was raining, which is rare in Santorini, and she went to get us a hot beverage. I cannot praise it enough enough..

The location was ideal for us, with excellent transportation connections and a short walk to all bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Penny came out late at night to help us check in and continued to be helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were modern, clean, and very spacious.

Two of our two smaller suites were spacious and spotless. Daily housekeeping came and was great. More terraces with lounge chairs to put on while the sun is on offer in larger suites. Every tiny apartment had a small balcony area with a table and chairs that overlooked the caldera. A wonderful spot for sunsets, and extremely worthwhile for Fiera and Imerovigli. Several eateries and markets are close by. Penny, the receptionist, was fantastic and answered all of our inquiries and provided helpful advice. Breakfast was served at the restaurant next door and was quite generous but didn't begin serving until nine in the morning.
