My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay at Caldera Cliff Illusion. We were visiting Santorini for his birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Sofia at the front desk arranged for balloons and a birthday cake to be delivered to our room for breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Sofia also recommended Rizes for dinner, and it ended up being the best meal we had during our entire stay in Santorini. The service and recommendations truly elevated our experience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking caldera views that were both stunning and romantic. While there are steps leading to the property (as is common in Santorini), the hotel arranged for someone to assist with our luggage from the street, making arrival completely stress-free. Between the exceptional hospitality, beautiful accommodations, unforgettable views, and excellent value, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Caldera Cliff Illusion to anyone visiting Santorini. ❤️

I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The views are truly amazing! Great staff & very helpful. Sofia’s customer service exceeded my expectations! The breakfast was also good. However, I was in a room on the 1st floor & the deck with the hot tub lacked privacy. That is my only criticism. Would suggest to future travelers to request a room that is not on the 1st floor.

This property is the best stay we've had in a while. We felt pampered from the very first day. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful, especially Sophia.
