Thanks, Heliconia, you gave a wonderful holiday. The service offered by this hotel was simply outstanding. The hotel emailed me after I had reserved our room, suggested restaurants and activities, and made arrangements for our itinerary in advance of our arrival. This only made the vacation a little more enjoyable. The room we were in in the olive tree suite was excellent and had a sizable patio with a view of the caldera, which the maids visited twice daily even though we didn't see them! Although the room is down a few steps, that is what one would expect from a village erected on a clifftop. The location could not have been better. Although the room was down some steps, sunbathing on our patio was quite peaceful. If I ever returned to oil, I would stay here again and cannot say I would highly suggest this hotel.

We stayed in the artist's suite with plunge pool. The views are breathtaking, as is the service and friendliness, the breakfast and the whole experience.

I just returned from three nights at Heliconia and it was wonderful. Nadia at the reception was a true luxury and we really didn't have to lift a finger. She took our breakfast orders everyday through whats up, gave us a map of oil, explained the roads, and recommended amazing restaurants. We were able to order cocktails right to our room and nadia also helped me arrange a massage for my boyfriend and the masseuse came right to our room! The shallows nest suite was the most gorgeous room on the cliff. Our own pool with a lovely view and our own terrace where we ate breakfast every morning. Philip was the gentleman who brought breakfast to us just in time. He also brought up cocktails during the day and was a lovely person to converse with. 1010 service. We have room service twice a day which is very nice. Notable mention to the gentleman from Heliconia who carried my luggage down the cliff to our room on his back. We really didn't lift a finger while our entire stay, everything was taken care of. Would highly recommend this hotel if I ever visit Santorini again I can't imagine staying anywhere else

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel in June. Our room was absolutely beautiful, the artist room with a private postcard worthy view of the Santorini coast, personal plunge pool and amazingly comfortable bed. We ended up ordering breakfast every morning and it was fresh and tasty. Staff who worked at this hotel provided first class service every step of the way.

We spent two nights in the artists suite, which we strongly suggest to others. When you see the traditional pictures of Santorini, this is that location, and remaining here contributed to our enjoyment of the entire visit. The setting was ideal, with a stunning, expansive view of the caldera and all the other cliffside residences, and the suite was lovely, clean, and contemporary. I adored all of the nooks and crannies, tiny arched windows everywhere, the curvy tunnelled entry to the spacious, luxury bathroom with a large shower, the grey marble floors, the mini bar, which was cozy with a view of the caldera, and of course, the indooroutdoor jetted pool, which was excellent to jump into after a hot day of sightseeing, not too hot, not too cold! Oh, and the ac was highly appreciated in hot summer. On top of all that was the excellent service all around, from being greeted with fresh, cold lemonade to having an attendant cart our luggage up and down the hill and from the car, to recommendations for restaurants and excursions, etc. We really loved the chilled sparkling wine and fresh fruit that were provided to us when we arrived in the room. In fact, it was so great that we ditched plans to travel around the remainder of the island and decided to relax and enjoy the entire day in the suite. In
