A great stay in Naxos, the room was spacious and very clean, a short walk to the beach and Naxos town. The host Elisavet was absolutely lovely and very helpful, giving great restaurant, beach and activity recommendations. Would 100% go back and recommend for a great stay on Naxos.

We had a truly fantastic stay at Crystal Mare Suites and would not hesitate to recommend it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought has gone into the suites. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean and exceptionally well thought out, with everything placed exactly where you would want it. The space felt calm, comfortable, and very well designed. Our balcony overlooked the sea, which made for a genuinely stunning view, especially in the mornings and evenings. Elizavet, our host, was quite simply outstanding. Without exaggeration, she is one of the most helpful and thoughtful hosts we have ever encountered. On arrival, she provided an incredibly useful guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. What made this particularly special was how detailed and practical it was, including clear notes on which restaurants were good for seafood and which offered views. It made planning our stay effortless. She also shared her WhatsApp number and remained available and responsive throughout, which gave us real peace of mind. When we arranged a rental car, everything was handled smoothly. Then, when my husband realised overnight that his foot injury meant he could not drive a manual, Elizavet immediately stepped in and arranged for the vehicle to be changed to an automatic without any fuss at all. It was handled quickly and seamlessly, which we were incredibly grateful for. The suite itself was excellent value for money. Strongly recommend

Our stay at Crystal Mare was fabulous. The room and property was immaculate. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was about a 20 minute walk to get to the Port, but it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being able to walk to and from our meals/activities. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I hope we get to come back again one day!

Everything about Crystal Mare was exceptional! The grounds and room were spotless. Elisavet and her staff were amazing. Hospitable, friendly and very helpful. They arranged transport from the port and arranged a car rental to be delivered to the hotel. Location was perfect. A nice walk to get into town and the beach was a 4 min walk with plenty of tavernas. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of selections to start your day. Rooms and bathroom were very spacious and patio was a delight. No attention to detail were missed. Words cannot express how incredibly pleased we were.

I loved our stay at Crystal Mare! Elisabeth and Carmen were both so hospitable, offering a full tour of our rooms, giving suggestions of what to do, setting up reservations, and making sure we were satisfied during breakfast. This was our favorite hotel during our stay in Greece, and I would be delighted to return to Naxos. It's not in the heart of the downtown/port area, but it's an easy 20-30 walk to the heart of the old town Naxos area. The hotel has a private parking lot, which was helpful to have while he had our rental. Also, it is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, which was a nice spot to visit on our first and last days. The rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. I loved that the rooms had a small kitchenette, which was a nice option for heating up leftovers and washing our water bottles. We also looked forward to the daily breakfast buffet. The Naxian cheese is still so memorable for me. 5/5 - highly recommend!

Lieu de séjour tres sympathique, confortable. Accueil remarquable, autant par Elisavet,la gérante, que par le personnel, toujours aux petits soins et pas avares de conseils avisés. Le petit déjeuner est tres bien garni pour une structure de cette dimension. La route en face peut faire peur à première vue,mais les appartements sont tres bien isolés phoniquement.la belle plage commence à 200m ainsi que les premiers resto, le port de Chora et sa vie animée sont à 1km2 environ par le cheminement aménagé de la plage.

Elizabet and her team were very helpful. The suite was spacious and modern exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable and the accommodation was kept spotless. Beach and nearest Taverna an easy walk on a sandy path. Town easy via a boardwalk.

Having spent some time researching places to stay, this one kept coming up with all positive reviews about the property and the staff. It is a lovely small business, with a family approach to service. So many things had been thought of, including one socket that stays on when the apartment power is turned off by taking the fob key out of the wall reader. We really enjoyed our stay and the personal recommendations and will definitely think of this as the number one dtay choice for Naxos. Thank you.

Profile: couple in their 30s travelling for vacation (4 days in Naxos). If you are looking for a place that makes you feel like you are home while also having a great vacation, this is it. Beyond all the great things about the hotel (see end of this comment), the host, Elisavet is an incredible person whose clear objective is that you have the most memorable and pleasant stay. This is by far the most well-rounded vacation stay I have had and would recommend anyone to stay here. A few of the key things about the hotel: - Elizavet and Carmen - Spacious/clean/luxurious rooms - Amazing breakfast with enough variety for everyone's liking (made every morning) - Easy parking - Walking distance to the beach (5 mins) and old town (20 mis)
