We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel and would absolutely return. The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and attractions nearby. The hotel itself is beautifully renovated, combining modern comfort with boutique charm. Everything felt fresh, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent recommendations for the area. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel that offers an amazing location, impeccable cleanliness, beautiful renovated rooms, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Crystal Mare Suites. We traveled as a group of six and reserved two suites, and everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. Elizabeth is an exceptional host. Her kindness, generosity, warmth, and flexibility made our stay unforgettable. I accidentally informed her that we were five guests instead of six, and as soon as she realized the mistake, she simply asked for a few minutes to prepare the room for the third person. She handled everything with grace and a smile. The next morning, she surprised us with a tray of fresh tomatoes from her own garden after noticing that we were preparing breakfast. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that we will always remember. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and about 10 minutes from Naxos Town, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Saying goodbye to Elizabeth was surprisingly emotional. Her genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for. If we are fortunate enough to return to Greece, staying at Crystal Mare Suites in Naxos would be an easy choice because of her. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making us feel so welcome.

We loved our stay at Crystal Mare Suites, and would have loved to stay longer. The room was perfectly clean, well laid out, and looked exactly like the photos. The location was great, only a short drive (5 minutes) or 20-ish minute easy walk to the port / town. The onsite parking was a huge plus. The beach is an easy walk away, with a number of seaside restaurants along the beach on the walk to town. Elisavet, the owner, was so accommodating and friendly, and made our stay. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to friends staying, and would love to come back again one day.

Elizabet was extremely nice and welcoming! The hotel is conveniently located just outside the city center and includes free parking. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and the bed was comfortable, too. They even provided a plug-in mosquito repellent for the night, which was really helpful. The only downside is that I had read you could order breakfast, but that’s no longer the case. However, it’s very easy to drive to a nearby cafe in the morning before heading to the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

We had a truly fantastic stay at Crystal Mare Suites and would not hesitate to recommend it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and thought has gone into the suites. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean and exceptionally well thought out, with everything placed exactly where you would want it. The space felt calm, comfortable, and very well designed. Our balcony overlooked the sea, which made for a genuinely stunning view, especially in the mornings and evenings. Elizavet, our host, was quite simply outstanding. Without exaggeration, she is one of the most helpful and thoughtful hosts we have ever encountered. On arrival, she provided an incredibly useful guide with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. What made this particularly special was how detailed and practical it was, including clear notes on which restaurants were good for seafood and which offered views. It made planning our stay effortless. She also shared her WhatsApp number and remained available and responsive throughout, which gave us real peace of mind. When we arranged a rental car, everything was handled smoothly. Then, when my husband realised overnight that his foot injury meant he could not drive a manual, Elizavet immediately stepped in and arranged for the vehicle to be changed to an automatic without any fuss at all. It was handled quickly and seamlessly, which we were incredibly grateful for. The suite itself was excellent value for money. Strongly recommend

Our stay at Crystal Mare was fabulous. The room and property was immaculate. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was about a 20 minute walk to get to the Port, but it was an easy walk and we enjoyed being able to walk to and from our meals/activities. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I hope we get to come back again one day!

Everything about Crystal Mare was exceptional! The grounds and room were spotless. Elisavet and her staff were amazing. Hospitable, friendly and very helpful. They arranged transport from the port and arranged a car rental to be delivered to the hotel. Location was perfect. A nice walk to get into town and the beach was a 4 min walk with plenty of tavernas. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of selections to start your day. Rooms and bathroom were very spacious and patio was a delight. No attention to detail were missed. Words cannot express how incredibly pleased we were.

I loved our stay at Crystal Mare! Elisabeth and Carmen were both so hospitable, offering a full tour of our rooms, giving suggestions of what to do, setting up reservations, and making sure we were satisfied during breakfast. This was our favorite hotel during our stay in Greece, and I would be delighted to return to Naxos. It's not in the heart of the downtown/port area, but it's an easy 20-30 walk to the heart of the old town Naxos area. The hotel has a private parking lot, which was helpful to have while he had our rental. Also, it is a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, which was a nice spot to visit on our first and last days. The rooms were spacious and beds extremely comfortable. I loved that the rooms had a small kitchenette, which was a nice option for heating up leftovers and washing our water bottles. We also looked forward to the daily breakfast buffet. The Naxian cheese is still so memorable for me. 5/5 - highly recommend!

We’ve had fantastic days at Elisabet’s place. We were well taken care of and received great help with maps and restaurant tips, among other things. Thank you, Carmen, for the delicious morning coffee. Everything was lovely and fresh – we’d be happy to come back!
