Excellent value. Mr. Nikos, who has run restaurants in Toronto, was a wonderful host. Breakfast is stated as "continental" but also includes eggs. Nice sea views from the balcony and veranda and the locations is one of the most serene we have encountered in Greece - quiet, hardly any vehicular traffic and not even one loud motorcycle so typical on Greek islands. The beach is right across the street and although small with pebbles, has clean water, hardly any waves, and the hotel has some beach chairs for use at no cost. You'll need a car to get to Limni, the nearest town (also serene and quaint). The property has seen better days but the air condition works well, the wifi is good, so overall is an excellent value for the price.

The owner Mr. Nikos is very polite and helpful. The hotel is quiet with a very nice view over the sea. For the price we payed we were very pleased.

Υπέροχη θέα από το μπαλκόνι στη θάλασσα και την γύρω περιοχή, πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και με χαμόγελο,σωστοί επαγγελματίες. καθαρό και απλό και όμορφο δωμάτιο με χορταστικό πρωινό.Δίπλα ακριβώς από την παραλία. Ευχάριστη εμπειρία η διαμονή μου!

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Ωραίο δωμάτιο, μεγάλο, άνετο, καθαρό με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό. Ο κος Νίκος φιλικός με χιούμορ, εξυπηρετικότατος και συνέχεια με ένα χαμόγελο στα χείλη. Πολύ σωστός επαγγελματίας. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα στο Dennis hotel όταν ξαναπάμε στην περιοχή.

Γενικά η διαμονή μου ήταν ήσυχη σε ωραία τοποθεσία αλλά είναι λίγο εκτός Λίμνης και προσβάσιμη με αυτοκίνητο μόνο. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι στην Σηπιάδα λίγο εκτός Λίμνης και όχι όπως εμφανίζεται στο site ότι είναι εντός της Λίμνης. Αυτό προς διαφώτιση των επόμενων επισκεπτών. Ευχαριστώ.

The property and views are beautiful - the room, however, was OK. No shower curtain, no hot water. They have a small fridge in front of the sink, so it's difficult to wash dishes. Door knob was broken and you had to put it back on if you wanted to exit the room. The gentleman running it is older and I understand that he probably can't do a lot of maintenance on the property. No communication at all. I was concerned about the property since the fires on Evia were nearby. My emails went unanswered.

This was a low budget hotel but for the price we paid it was really good. We had planned to move around on the island with our car so the fact that the hotel was a bit off didn't matter for us. We got a good sized room with a comfy double bed. Bathroom was ok but not a regular hotel standard. The fridge had an ice compartment which was good for smaller water bottles. Our room had a sink but no cooking possibility but we didn't need that. We had a balcony facing the sea. Beach is in front of the hotel with clear water but it's rocky so bring shoes. A simple breakfast was served on a tray from the hotel taverna just outside the hotel building. Not much but the personal was friendly and they also served greek food for lunch and at night with ok prices.

Κάνοντας check in ο υπεύθυνος απλά μας μίλησε από το μπαλκόνι, δεν εμφανίστηκε ποτέ, όπως επίσης ποτέ κανείς δεν βρισκόταν στην ρεσεψιόν για οτιδήποτε και αν χρειαζόμασταν όπως κωδικό WiFi καθώς επίσης ενώ αυτό που κλείσαμε έλεγε ότι υπάρχει πρωινό, δεν υπήρχε και ούτε ενημερωθηκαμε και όταν κατεβήκαμε το πρωί δεν ήταν κανείς εκεί να μας ενημερώσει.... Όσο για το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες που έχουν ανεβάσει... Το check out μας ήταν όπως και το check in μας αφήνοντας το κλειδί πάνω στην πόρτα και κανείς εκεί να μας εξυπηρετήσει...

Bij aankomst was het net of het complex lang leeg stond, de vele trappen en terrein waren al lang niet meer onderhouden cq. schoongemaakt. Het geheel voldeed in ieder geval niet aan onze verwachtingen en omdat we nog niet hadden betaald hebben we bedankt om hier te verblijven en zijn op zoek gegaan naar andere accommodatie.

Φτασαμε ατο καταλυμα στις 2 η ωρα! Το δωματιο οχι καθαρο αλλα ειπαμε οκ μια νυχτα θα είναι.Θελησαμε να κανουμε ενα μπανιο στο οποιο μετα βιας χωρουσαμε .ζεστο νςρο πουθενα.επικοιμωνησαμε με τον κυριο που βρισκοταν εκει κ μετα απο 4 κλησεις μας και αφου η ωρα ειχε παει 5 μας ειπε θα φωναζε τεχνικο.φυσικα φυγαμε μιας κ η κοροϊδία εχει κ τα ορια της.ο εξωτερικος χωρος απαταδεκτος και οι δικαιολογιες που ακουγαμε σε εξηγησεις που εδινε σε αλλα δωματια που εφταναν εκεινη την ωρα απλα αστείες!
