Perfect location, directly next to the beach, to the restaurants and easy to reach it from the Port. Very friendly and taking care hosts. The room was good equipped with all the necessaries and everything was clean. Thanks to the host for welcoming us. We would definitely like to come back again.

Pleasant, family-run apartment complex in rural area, close to the beach, with good transportation into town. The complex has a sizable pool and a sizable pool bar that serves drinks and snacks, but not food. Apartments are well-kept and furnished but simple. Rustic rather than opulent. Ours had a lovely courtyard where we ate our meals. Most of them have a courtyard or balcony. Air conditioning for self-catering is an extra cost. The staff was nice and accommodating, and the local cats came by every day. A highway with shops, bars, and restaurants is within walking distance. We traveled a little further for a special meal. Three-star restaurants are accessible on foot in a 30-minute walk. We returned with a cab. Also, a local takeaway is a 5-minute walk from the property.

We would 100% stay there again. You should keep in mind the differences between the hotel and the location when considering this hotel. My parents and our 3 yearold daughter stayed with us and had a great time. We remained in the old block, which did need some modernization, but was typically Greek, so I wasn't offended because it was very clean. If I were to stay again, I would request the new block. The staff is extremely friendly and nothing is too much, especially from Elena, who greeted us every morning with a grin and asked how our stay was. She even brought the little one an ice cream from the shop. Because the location is very quiet, I probably wouldn't stay for longer than a week and a car is required if you do. I would highly recommend renting a car from the hotel as we got a car for days in euros haggling. There are some lovely places to eat, but there aren't many options. Overall, if youre just looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect location.

I have just returned from the Helena Apartments. I can't say enough good things about this place, we have apartment 30 with the amazing views and pristine, clean, fresh towels every day. However, the wonderful friendly family atmosphere that helena and joseph have every day was what impressed me the most. Thanks so much for making it a wonderful vacation.

Great time at Helena’s Studios, a brilliant base for touring Kefalonia by car. It’s a fairly rustic place but perfect for travellers on a budget, with a pool and self catering facilities if you need them. Only 10 minutes by car from the airport with a handful of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We wanted somewhere with a pool. There’s also a small bar and food takeaway and the staff are lovely and helpful.
