The room itself was wonderful! Especially appreciated the upgrade to the room with a sea view and hot tub. One of the nicest parts of the trip was the breakfast staff. Everyone was pleasant and worked as a team. I was surprised how they remembered your favorites and special requests for breakfast each morning. The reason for deducting a star is that the front desk reception has room for improvement. Instead of bringing up problems, I was told on a few occasions to fix them myself, wait for days, or provide inaccurate information.

The room was luxurious and infinity-dipping pool and large terrace. We felt disconnected from others in the hotel. The staff gave excellent service, from the front desk staff to housekeeping to the restaurant servers. Everything was done with a friendly smile. Breakfast was good. The only concern is that the main pool lounges are fully booked early and staff said it was first come first served so guests tend to hold onto them even when they are not there. The hotel should limit empty rooms to 30 minutes in fairness to other guests.

This lovely hotel has a very nice location with a beautiful view. This is a 100% recommended place. They served me a very nice and friendly service. The swimming pool is very nice, with a variety of menu options for vegans.

We highly suggest staying with them for a romantic getaway. My husband and I stayed at the Hours Hotel for the second leg of our honeymoon. We had originally reserved an airing in the middle of Mykonos town and realized we would be unable to sleep due to the lively atmosphere, quickly moved and booked a room with hours. We walked our luggage the minute from Mykonos town to the hotel location without realizing it was all uphill and were promptly greeted by Tonis at the foot of a very long staircase. After discovering we were on our honeymoon and walking all the way from town, Tonis immediately took the responsibility of making us feel at ease and pampered. From sharing with us traditional greek cakes that were available in the lobby, to showing us the changing rooms, and going above and beyond by updating our room to essentially a honeymoon suite with a private entrance, pool, living room, and an unbelievable view. He assisted us in scheduling transportation, and also recommended restaurants for us. Maria provided our massages and was fantastic. We have never felt so relaxed or pampered in our lives. The hotel's cuisine was also fantastic. We couldn't be happier that we made a last-minute reservation at the hours accommodation. Everyone went above and beyond and was incredibly friendly.
